The hotel was modernised in 2022. The hotel has 4 lifts and features 207 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services and facilities include a currency exchange service, room service, a laundry service and 8 conference rooms. Amenities include a drinks machine.     it is a nice hotel with short walking distance to the beach and supermarket , it is worth to have breakfast and Dinner paid in advance, good quality food. Pinacolada in the bar taste nice.This hotel could be even better if top floor with a bar was for adults only, I went there once and swiming pool was full of small children.

    Nice facilites and rooms , lifts are desperately slow and ill equipped for so many guests , stayed half board but would not recommend as the hot buffet food on evening was only ever tepid , however good choice for breakfast and the lady chef who did the omlettes was top notch h

    Excellent hotel, service, amenities. We loved it from the first moment we arrived. The breakfast is good, they have plenty of variety and everything tastes well. The rooms were clean and well maintained, just keep in mind that if you're traveling with more than one kid the sofa bed can be a bit uncomfortable.The hotel is a walking distance from San Juan Beach, however if you want to go downtown Alicante you need a car, bus or any other mode of transportation.Overall we had a really good experience and we are looking forward to returning next year.
