Great stay in Springdale!

I had a good stay when staying at the Doubletree in Springdale. Hotel stay was clean and comfortable and overall enjoyed my stay. Staff was helpful and overall a good experience. I would stay here again!

Very Clean but Overpriced

Sparkling clean room with two queen beds. Pleasant staff. Breakfast NOT included. Irritating "pulsing" window air conditioning, not steady hum. Beds for 4, chair for only 1. No literature in room identifying property features, e.g. existence of first floor "bistro" open evenings for sandwiches, salads, and alcoholic beverages, as well as for $14 per person breakfast. Nearly impossible to turn shower control - feared it would shear off with force needed to turn it. All-in-all, room inadequately equipped for a couple; breakfast far too expensive; inadequate maintenance of shower control. Pleasant stay but only average for price.

The staff in breakfast area and front desk were extremely nice and helpful to me. I loved the friendliness and they went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. I don't often get treated with this kindness at hotels, but wanted you to know everything was also very clean and organized. Nice job!!!

Watch out for bookings.com, they double book you then you get charged for two rooms instead of one. Between them and Double Tree they don’t want to fix the problem. Just steal your money from card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my preferred hotel when working in northwest AR. Its an older property that is well maintained; but it is the AWESOME Staff that keeps me coming back! Special Thanks to Shelby (Front Desk); Blaise, Devan, Michael (Bar/Restaurant) for making this stay an A+ Experience.BTW, I highly recommend the bar/restaurant. The food is so good, I had dinner in the hotel 3 nights in a row.
