Location

The hotel is located in the historical centre of Biar, a quiet town near Alicante. An attempt was made to combine the tradition of the people of Biar with the modernity of rural tourism in Alicante. The bus and train stations are nearby. Alicante Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 55 km.

9 rooms, including junior suites, single rooms and 7 double rooms, are available. Multilingual staff are happy to assist and advise. Valuables can be stored securely and conveniently in the safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service and a laundry service.     Good place to have lunch adjoining the old Church

    With two friends, we were staying for 2 nights at a nearby Hotel, but as we didn't find the Hotel's lunch-time Menu to our liking, we went for a walk and stumbled across La Fasana. The Waitress was very helpful and attentive and we had a nice lunch plus wine.Please note that food is not served in the Restaurant section, until 14.00 hours.Wheelchair users may experience problems accessing the premises, because of the steep streets, but the staff were happy to assist.

    We have enjoyed very nice authentic Spanish food on several occasions. We recommend this for all both with children and without. Service is not speaking English, however the translated menu does the job. What lack in language is really made up for by the great food and view from the terrace.

    Staff doesn't understand anything but Spanish; we could explain whatever it was we needed but we see that this might come as a problem to other people. Located very centrally in town, parking nearby isn't always easy (depending on the moment of the day).Nice spacious room, lovely little patio. Too bad we couldn't enjoy much of it due to weather conditions. Some dishes they serve are good, others are less. Their fries are bland, but the stew of bull's tail is very tasteful.

    What a fantastic place! We did not know what to expect as this stay was a gift from our daughter. I cannot find one thing to complain about, the staff, the location, the food, all excellent. The situation is ideal if you are looking for a taste of old "Spanish Spain". This town does not cater for tourists looking for "FUN". It is just the ideal place, the ideal hotel in the middle of a national park.

    Brilliant Restaurant Bar

    This restaurant in the middle of this interesting but totally non touristy town is a little gem. Lovely people, incredible value price wise and delicious food. We had lunch there twice. The warm goats cheese with a raspberry couloirs was truly fabulous. A great test of any restaurant is its ability to cook Calamari properly. This restaurant showed me how badly most others do it. If you visit Biar go to this restaurant.
