  Brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful apartment very clean and lots of space.Rooms were lovely with everything in them.

  This is a scam, it’s horrible. Despite the location is great but the NOISE!!!!!!We paid for vacation, to have rest, we are very disappointed in how noisy the location is. 1. The noise and conversations outside we hear everything clearly and loud until 2-3 am at night!!!!! The windows are not properly closed and do not isolate the sounds!!!2.The construction starts at 6 am in the morning, very loud, disturbing. 3.The walls are very thin we hear our neighbors and all the noise from them: it’s just awful and it destroys mood, motivation and we feel very disappointed.Terrible! I regret paying for such a scam!

  Four of us stayed in the largest apartment which could have easily slept six. The apartment was so spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. The kitchem and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we could need. The beds were also exceptionally comfortable. The location of the apartment block is brilliant, just a short walk to the beach and. Shops. The staff were also wonderful.

  Me and my husband stayed for 5 nights . Building is very clean and our studio was well equipped room 22 . Lights were needed on even in the day room was very dark . This room is a nitemare come night time , I understand we are in the middle of a city which we have stayed in on numerous occasions in different hotels without any problem, but the noise here was something else , started from midnight and went on till 5-30 am , sleep was impossible, shouting , screaming from local bars. A member of staff should go stay a night here to see how bad it was even with ear plugs it was still bad ! Then at 6am all the bottles from said bars were emptied 🤬🤬. A simple double glazed window would help, you couldn’t even open the door . We came to celebrate my husband’s retirement but we left exhausted, never again sorry

  We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Alicante. The communication was excellent and they were very helpful in storing our luggage at the hotel location, as our flight did not leave until later in the evening. We are a family of five with three teenagers, and we had plenty of space! Everything was very clean and safe.
