    The hotel is 30 minutes by tram.from the centre of Alicante but has plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean Breakfast choice is quite limited but adequate Front desk staff are great Friendly and helpful as no information board or pack is available I would return

    We had a great holiday in Alicante and the choice of hotel played a big role. It is in a beautiful vibrant suburb, twenty minutes from the city by tram. The bed was comfortable, staff friendly, pool inviting. If and when we visit Alicante again this will be our first choice.

    I’m staying as a student of university of Alicante in Villa Universitaria here. The price is pretty high so were my expectations. As I arrived I found everything okay. As I’ve been spending more time, I found many disadvantages. 1) I had problems with my key and the lock all the time. And though I clearly had problems staff didn’t do a thing but ignore my complains. I had to leave the door open by the end just to get in next time. Only when I started a serious argument they sent me a worker and he repaired the lock.2) at first there was a microwave and one day I woke up and it was gone. For my question I got “it is not included” but I’ve seen microwave in other rooms. 3) there are vegetables for breakfast, it’s the same everyday: cheese, ham and lots of dough. To be honest there are no fresh vegetables at all. Everyday for lunch and dinner there is only a “salad” of 3 tomatoes cherry, olives, corn and lettuce. Coffee is a whole other thing... 4) the shower doesn’t properly work, water is spreading all over the bathroom. Th shelf in the shower is crooked so I can’t even put my shampoo and other staff there, it’s always falling down.5) there was no toilet brush (it may be not the most important thing, but I wish you luck to keep everything clean without it)6) dinner is at 20:30!! But it’s just a common Spanish thing, dinner is always very late. 7) finally, it’s not a disadvantage, just a friendly warning. It’s 40 minutes to Alicante so if you want to spend more time in city, it’s better find smth there. It will be cheaper and more convenient.8) you better speak Spanish, staff doesn’t enjoy much speaking English

    Very quite and clean hotel with a nice pool and a perfect service. It's a bit distant from the center of Alicante (15 minutes driving), but the price/quality is really unbeatable in my opnion, even in the high season. Very relaxing and very pleasant staying at this hotel for a cheap price.

    Directly across the street from campus this is an excellent place to stay when visiting the cool. Nicely appointed rooms for a more than reasonable price. A few minutes walk to the tram station running all the way to the city center. A cab ride to the water in Alicante is 12 euros.
