  Nice hotel in a great location, but not 100% recommended for wheelchair users ...

  I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend who is a permanent wheelchair user. The location is very convienent having both the main train station as well as the old town in walking distance and the staff were super-friendly. BUT: The officially wheelchair-suitable room which we had pre-booked is realyl just fulfilling theminim standards and is very, very small compared to the size of regular wheelchair friendly rooms w estayed in normally. My GF´s chair is a total width of 70 cm, pretty standard for a manual chair, and she was just about able to get through the room after we pushed the bed as far to the side as possible ... If you are using e.g. a wider powerchair it would not be do-able ... :-( The toilet also only had a grab-bar on one side and there was just a tiny glass wall to protect the bathroom form the water of the otherwise totalyl open shower :-(

  very well placed when arriving by train as the hotel is situated between the train station and the old city. clean, quiet room with a confortable bed. small room with no fridge but nice helpful staff. free water. walking distance to the nice old parts of Strasbourg

  Wonderful location, and meticulously clean.

  Although the room is a little small, it is meticulously clean and has all needed facilities. The location is very ideal, between the train station and old town, a few minutes walk to either place. The staffs are generally friendly as well. They provide free coffee and sparkling water in the lobby, which is very nice.

  Perfect Stay in Strasbourg

  We had a really perfect stay at this hotel. It was only for two days but that was enough time to take in the city and enjoy the sites. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the train station. Our room was ready early and it was very nice, roomy and decorated with some interesting art! Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of items. The staff was friendly and helpful.

  Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service. The hotel is very clean and fresh, located only a few minutes' walk from the central station and the town center.I arrived early in the morning and couldn't check in as the room wasn't ready. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They offered me coffee, water, and a place to change.When I finally checked in, I was delighted to find a chocolate bunny on my bed, as it was Easter weekend. Later that day, I wanted to attend a football match, and one of the staff members, Soraya, went absolutely out of her way to help me book the tickets. If the management of this hotel is reading this review, Soraya deserves a huge pay rise.
