Location

This hotel is situated in the district of Mojacar, just 200 m from the nearest sandy beach. Approximately 1.5 km away lies the village of Garrucha which offers numerous shopping options as well as restaurants (2 km, 15 minute walk), bars (300 m, 3 minute walk) and discos (500 m, 5 minute walk). A bus service runs to the village on a regular basis.

Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2024. The hotel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with a lift and 334 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability). The pool complex guarantees comfortable swimming with its soothing salt water and 2 outdoor and indoor pools. There is a children's swimming area as well. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy cycling/mountain biking and beach volleyball. For a fee, golf is also available. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, billiards and table football or, for a fee, a gym. Various wellness options, such as a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a spa, massage treatments and Ayurveda treatments, are offered for a fee. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a café, a bar and a pub. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    Rude Head of Reception

    The new head of reception is rude to say the least. We were clients using the bar and apparantly upon leaving the hotel we were speaking too loudly, and rather than speaking directly to us and politely asking us to keep our voices down, the receptionist stormed out from behind reception and started to shout at all the other staff claiming that our behaviour was unacceptable and was potentially upsetting their clients. We are also clients and we deserve to be spoken to with respect. I returned to ask for an official complaint slip because of the treatment received from the head of reception and I was again spoken to rudely and told that I'm banned from the hotel. It's a little unfair to think that if you speak up and complain you are then banned for it. It should not work that way. Rude staff, poor attitude from the head of reception and an unjustified ban from the hotel for complaining about the way i was spoken to. I do not recommend this hotel.     I absolutely love staying at this hotel. I'd rank it along with the best hotels I've ever stayed in, however, this is much, much cheaper. Service, fantastic. Food superb. Staff superb. Cleanliness superb. Rooms, fabulous. Facilities, top drawer. There is nothing I can fault. Fortunately, I'll be back again this year!Happy Days.     Excellent service, vegans catered for

    We stayed for one week full board. Everything was perfect. All the staff we met were friendly and courteous. A special mention goes to the maintenance men who were replacing the large glass door.Also to the dinning room staff, especially Bernardo and the lady with glasses who helped our son regarding vegan food.     Ok hotel, nothing special. Basic room.We had B&B basis, breakfast was nice.No tea/coffee making facilities.No English channels on tv.Very, very quiet in November. Irish bar & Italian restaurant closed for the season as were the on site shops.Restaurants close by also closed.A walk of 20-30 mins closer to be centre of Mojácar had cafes, shops, bars & restaurants.
