  Modern Barcelona Apartment

  We had an excellent stay at these modern apartments in early April. The apartments are perfect for a couple or a small family. There is a separate bedroom, large modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen ( with dishwasher)The bathroom has a nice shower and good storage and shelf space. The washer and dryer was much appreciated. Also nice main living space with a TV. All appliances and furniture are newer, modern and in excellent working condition. The property was extremely clean upon arrival. You will enjoy the fun neighborhood with the plentiful shops and bakeries and tapas bars. It is within a 15 minute walk of La Sagrada and 5-7 minutes from the subway which we took to depart. We would like to recognize Victor Veitia Reservations manager. He is an excellent communicator and was so helpful in answering my questions! He responded immediately and was a true professional. We look forward to staying here in the future when we return to Barcelona! Please do not hesitate to book here.

  Very modern, spacious and well designed one bedroom apartment

  Central location, but very very quiet as well. The bathroom is in the entrance corridor, not facing the bedroom or the living room. Thanks to that one gets a lot of privacy there. The kitchen is very big and fully equipped. There was a dishwaher at the kitchen. Everything was very clean. Very comfortable dining area and living room.The bedroom contained two single beds. We would have preferred one twin bed instead. The appartment even contained a washing machine and a drier

  Overall we had a good stay with some negatives that I'll explain.You have to call ahead of arriving. Someone else had mentioned this, its a roaming call. I've yet to see my bill so we will see. They charge 25 euros if you arrive late, and 50 past midnight. WE arrived at 11:55pm so we paid the 25. No hotel does this. The bedroom is two single beds put together so that's not convenient. The sofa bed is large so it blocks the way to the bathroom for someone in the bedroom. The sofa bed makes a lot of noise. It creaks at just any movement. Our balcony door would not locked. I notified Joaquin immediately upon arrival. He said he would look at it. We stayed 4 nights and he never came. I didn't feel safe with a door that didn't lock. The dryer doesn't dry the clothes so we hung them around apartment. The first day we arrived no toilet paper. In the morning I found the cleaning woman and had to ask for some. Overall the neighborhood of Gracia is amazing and safe. I would return for that. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores and cafe's. Lovely little community that everyone kept saying was safe. Really only a mile away from different things like Parque Guell or Pacia de Gracia in either direction. Centrally located and close to the metro.

  Pros: 1)Great location! 2)There's a market right across the street to get your supplies. 3)Lots of local bars, shops, and eateries within 5 minutes of walking.4)The apartment has a washing machine and dryer.5) Complete kitchen supplies 6) They provide airport transfer upon requestCons: 1) Wish they had someone clean the apartment if not everyday.. at least every other day.2) The hot water runs out by the 3rd personNot too many cons. That's why I definitely come back and stay here again.

  Inconvenient to contact

  Have access code to apartment which is good. Safer.Must call to inform check-in timing, which is very inconvenient as I do not want to incur overseas roaming call charges. Their email states cannot whatsapp or text, so basically, calling is the only solution. Email does not have immediate reply.Made 3 calls for this stay and ended up incurring almost $10, which is alot for just few mins calls.Hope they will look into having more convenient way of contacting so it is easier for tourists to enjoy their apartment.Generally the apartment is good. There is locker to put luggages where you insert a a coin to lock it and you can take it back after you retrieve your luggages from the locker, so its basically free of charge.Nearby has nothing much as it is like a normal neighbourhood for locals. Walk around to explore is good. Seems like the neighbourhood is safe too. Not too noisy at night too.
