    Great location, amazing staff. The breakfast is very nice. But the rooms are internal facing so no natural light in the room.

    Excellent stay here.     What a fantastic hotel. We stayed here for a weeks holiday and found the hotel to be exceptional, we had a lovely junior suite room which was extremely spacious and in great condition, the only thing I would say is you only get two coffee pods per person per day so I asked for a kettle to be brought which was so I could use my own coffee. The breakfast is lovely and there is also a really nice bar area to sit on an evening. We didn’t use the rooftop pool though as it was a little chilly on an evening. I would like to say a big thank you to all who work at the hotel who made our stay very enjoyable they are all very approachable and helpful if you require anything at all. The hotel is also very central to all attractions and also shops.The only issue we encountered during our stay was the family in room 509 which was next door to us, they were extremely loud every evening shouting, clapping and generally showing now regard for others. We found it very rude of them as they showed no respect for other people staying in rooms either side of them. Totally unacceptable behaviour.     Hotel was in a good location and clean. Staff not very friendly. Breakfast is $22.00 a person but was a huge buffet. Coffee was cold despite us being there right when the buffet opened.     The hotel is very well located, the staff are very polite and helpful, and it's easily accessible on foot to various tourist attractions. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. The room has a good wardrobe, excellent space, a bathroom that is always very clean, high-quality towels, a bathrobe, and slippers. It's also worth mentioning that even though it's in a busy area, the rooms have soundproof windows and are super quiet.
