  I wasn't impressed with the hotel based on the nightly rate I paid

  This is a very basic hotel, but has a good location. The furniture is sparse and the decor is very dated. This is the type of hotel I would have stayed in my youth when I was traveling on a small budget. However, this hotel is not cheap so I would compare prices with other hotels before staying here.   Worst experience ever

  Worst experience ever happened to me and my friend in November 2024. Our three night reservation, included a two bedroom and I specified that I wanted separated beds. Not only your hotel couldn’t fulfill my request (because it was the agency’s fault, who sold us something that didn’t exist) but you told us to pay 90 euros more to get something we were supposed to have already paid for. (366 eurosfor 3 nights + tourist tax). The agency was unreachable but you seemed to know each other well because you were talking together in front of us in Spanish, how weird. We took the room we had paid for, but once upstairs, there was water in the room, on the floor, the towels were dirty and wet (please see pictures attached) and more of it, the bed was too small for the both of us, and my friend was sick. I begged your desk agent to give us another room with two beds or at least a room with a bigger bed. It was almost 8pm. She couldn’t understand, so she was googling to translate. When I insisted for a commercial gesture, the desk agent couldn’t answer me properly because she didn’t speak English so she called the police. This is not how you treat a customer. The police officers were very friendly and did the manager’s job which is to find out that the agency was guilty. I had to pay finally the 90 euros because five hours had elapsed since our arrival, it was almost 9pm and we were exhausted. The day after, we had also been asked 8 euros for the breakfast as a good morning sentence although we had already paid for it… Not to mention the cockroach who run towards our feet while we were having the breakfast, everyone in the room was shocked, and icing on the cake, the elevator that was not working for the two last days and no one was called to fix it. I have been to many hotels and it’s the first time I feel treated like nothing : of course, I won’t come back to your hotel again and hope people will read this message before chosing it.

  Great location, if u are allergic etc dont go here

  Location is great. Near is taxi stop, restaurants, clothes shop and metro stop.Our room had yellow roof and when I came to room I got allergic attack in the room. Next morning I came sick (sore throat). Room was cold and there were not enough blankets to us. We asked more but they had any more. One customer service didnt bearly speak english and she answered to me through google translation. Weird.If u need breakfast box u wont have it. We went early morning to trip and asked box many days ago but didnt get it.Breakfast was okay and the coffee was excellent. Some lactose free product can be found. There is luggage storage (ewuipment with a lock (2e) in the cellar.   Not a good experience. Extremely hard bed, I left with a very sore neck . Only staff can unlock and open windows with a special tool, so then you are left with windows you can't close, as they have no handles. Others have complained as well. Strange.Breakfast was included and was pretty good. Hot and cold options. Nice pastries and juice. Nice to have lockers for baggage, for a 2€ coin.Central location, busy, touristy.   I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standards we expected, especially considering the amount we were charged.Firstly, we were moved from our original room even though when we asked to move rooms the receptionist told us we would have to pay an extra €25 euro each night on top of the amount of money we have already paid. But bearing in mind the first room we were placed into, the bathroom had broken tiles, there were visible scratches on the walls, cigarette butts scattered all over the balcony ( even though smoking is prohibited in the rooms ) and overall the room looked nothing like the photos shown online. This felt misleading and quite frustrating.In addition, we experienced frequent power outages in our bedroom, which disrupted our stay and made it difficult to relax or even get ready properly. These kinds of problems are unacceptable, especially at the price we paid.Overall, we feel extremely let down. It’s disappointing to be charged such a high rate and receive such poor quality in return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues for future guests.
