Location

The apartments enjoy a central location, walking distance to the Famous Paseo de Gracia and perfectly connected. The Tetuan metro line (line 2) is opposite the building. From there guests can reach every part of the city. The famous Ramblas and the beaches are only 10 minutes away by public transport. The bus station is approximately 10 minutes’ walk and Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is around 15 km away from the establishment.

Facility

The apartment hotel was built in 1900. 11 apartments, 5 single rooms and 23 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Valuables can be stored safely and conveniently in the safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

Rooms include air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. A shower, a bathtub and a bidet are included the bathrooms. A hairdryer is also provided. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Poor Customer Handling, and misrepresented quality.

    Poor customer service. Booked 2 nights for 5 people. Place presented very differently from the photographs. Apartment needed full refurbishment. Blackened silicone in bathrooms, very worn flooring. Broken window shutters. Safe not secured to wall. Decided not to stay and moved elsewhere. Informed the owner the next day and asked them to consider partial refund. After initial response advising Manager would review, all communications stopped despite pressing. Poor customer handling. Would not recommend.

    Our reservation was mid March and there were no flights going to Spain and we had to cancel. Owner had stated their policy was no cancellations but this was an exceptional situation and there was NO WAY to go. No flights and SPAIN was closed to United States. He refused any refund. We had paid in full upon booking. I still dont know if I have credit. He took the money and ran!! Not fair at all. Sergio Pérez, Agencia/asesor at MH Apartments Tetuan, responded to this review Sorry for the inconveniences and we hope you are well.We have offered an option to everybody, other guests has postpone the trip to 2021.Please contact with your travel agency probably he has took the money and ran not us.Please contact to us in order to check your reservation and check what has happened.

    Staff stealing money

    Just a few words to say: the hotel staff member stole our money while we were out of the apartment. Hotel manager completely ignored us, so we submit a claim to local police. No matter which apartment you choose. They have a lot of them in Barcelona and Madrid and etc. Keep in mind that the leadership of the MН Apartment behaves terribly, hides from calls and meetings with their customers! who live in their hotel and who are in trouble, because of their own staff. Just some kind of nonsense. MH apartments the worst place in the world.

    Stayed here for a hen party and it was nice. Nothing too luxury but just a standard 3* apartment. Spacious and clean and just fine for a base. Surprised to see the recent bad reviews. Reception helpful and location is close to everything you will need.

    Great location right above the Tetuan metro stop. Easy walk to El Born, etc. We rented the Penthouse, which was a 3 bedroom/2 bath. Accomodations were clean, but basic and can use updating. MH Apartments provided toiletries, and a welcome pack that included laundry detergent, dishsoap, etc. Also a pack of snacks with the best olives!Note that the windows/doors open out to a courtyard of a school, which can be noisy during recess.MH Apartments kindly allowed us to store our luggage at their office as our flight out wasn't until the evening.
