  This hotel is absolutely perfect; the location is great in the charming El Born neighbourhood, with loads of shops, bars, restaurants, and art nearby. It feels very safe compared to other areas. The park next door is also worth a visit; it’s beautiful. The rooms are clean, cosy, and comfortable. The decor is lovely. Breakfast was delightful, and the library and bar area are really nice places to chill. The staff are all so friendly; they recommended places to go and can’t do enough for you. When I go back to Barcelona, I will definitely stay here again. We stayed for a wedding anniversary, and it was a wonderful trip.   The hotel is in a nice, quiet location, which made the stay very relaxing. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, it would be even better if there were more options on the night room service menu. The outdoor area could also use more lighting and a bit more attention to cleanliness.The staff were generally helpful, but it would be great to have someone available to assist with luggage throughout the entire day, including at night, as there is usually only one receptionist on duty.A special mention to the receptionist, Ayaa, who was very kind and helpful, she gave us great recommendations on places to visit and really enhanced our experience.   A Beautiful Rebirth in Born, Almost a New Favorite

  Borneta, part of the Miiro collection, sits in what might be one of the most perfect locations in Barcelona, right in the heart of El Born. If you know the neighborhood, you know how rare that is. Step outside and you’re instantly in the middle of cafés, galleries, small streets and real city life.We’ve actually stayed in this building more than 30+ times back when it was the old Hotel KK. It was comfortable but clearly worn and dated. Seeing what they’ve done with the place now is honestly impressive. The transformation is total.Service is exceptional. Warm, attentive and genuinely caring. We even received texts during our stay asking if we needed anything, and they truly seemed ready to do whatever it took to make things perfect. Those small touches made us feel more like guests than customers.The room is beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom might be the best I’ve experienced in a city hotel, elegant, spacious and luxurious.We didn’t have time to try breakfast or the other food and drink options, unfortunately. Time was of essence. Our only downsides were practical. Room 105 has a large private patio, which would be amazing in good weather, but during heavy rain it felt a bit enclosed, almost cell-like. Noise from showers in the room above was also surprisingly loud, especially late at night.Without those issues, this would easily be a five-star stay. Still, a very strong four, and a hotel we’ll gladly return to.   The hotel is beautifully located in the charming El Born area, which made our stay very enjoyable. This was my third visit to Barcelona, and I found myself loving the city even more this time because of the hotel’s location. We were excited to spend time here. Our Junior Terrace Suite was beautifully designed and comfortable, with a lovely view, watching the sunrise from the balcony was a real treat. The room felt cozy and thoughtfully arranged, making it a pleasant place to relax.The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Aya for her help during our stay. Their attentiveness really made us feel valued as guests, and they were also helpful in arranging taxis when needed.The only drawback is that the hotel lacks a dedicated porter or concierge service to assist with luggage, which can be inconvenient, especially upon arrival and departure. Having a designated team for luggage and guest assistance would make the experience even smoother.   Very pretty hotel in good location

  Lovely hotel in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. The room was beautiful and clean with Le labo toiletries. The hotel bar is also very beautiful. The gym was very pretty but I wished there was more cardio equipment like a classic treadmill in there (there’s an assault runner and a bike).
