Location

This modern, centrally located hotel is situated in the shopping and business district of Les Corts. A wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars are to be found a stone's throw away (200 m - 500 m from the hotel) and links to the public transport network are to be found directly in front of the hotel. The nearest nightclub is about 2 km away and it is 4 km to the beach. FC Barcelona Stadium is only 15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

    Excellent hotel just a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is great. I’d say it’s also an excellent choice for a tourist stay in Barcelona.     We stayed at the hotel twice, and will definitely choose it again. The location is very convenient, just a short walking distance from Sants train station. Metro and buses nextdoor. Easy train connection with the airport. Nice cafes around, a very pleasant neighbourhood.We stayed at a Junior suite with terrace on the 8th floor and we highly recommend it. The terrace is lovely. The hotel is modern and renovated. The reception is helpful and attentive. A very pleasant experience.     After the shock of the neighborhood on arrival this turned into a pleasant stay

    This was our cruise ship hotel. I was shocked to see graffiti everywhere and a SEX shop across the street upon arrival. Very nervous about the neighborhood. After spending 3 nights at this hotel we learned to like the area and the feel of being real, rather than a tourist area.Laura checked us in. She was charming and very helpful. Lots of good tips. She also recommend a grocery store where we could pick up some snacks, etc.I was bothered by many things, but none enough to complain.... There is no ice machine but you can order it. If they hand it to you in the lobby it's free but if they go to your room it costs $5. There is no scales to weigh your bag, and no scale in the exercise area. If you decline room service you get a voucher for a drink in the bar, but there really isn't a bar; you sit in the lobby, push the button, and someone comes up to take your order. No microwave, but if you really beg she said they'd heat something up in the staff one (I didn't try). They have no washcloths, only hand towels which are almost the size of a full size towel. Little things that keep me from giving a higher rating, but nothing huge.Breakfast buffet was included in our rate and it was excellent. Breads were fresh, fruit was fresh, everything was good. Huge selections of juices including orange juice squeezed fresh right there. They will also custom make an omelet upon request (I did that twice, delicious). They have a stand to make your own smoothies, 3 coffee machines that make many drinks, lots of meat options, and the best cheeses I've ever had.We would leave stuffed everyday and didn't need to eat again until evening.Mercadona was the BEST grocery store ever. We arrived the hotel exhausted, and Laura sent us there to find something to eat when all is closed because of Siesta. We picked up lasagna in the refrigerator section for 2.75euro, a large water bottle for .68euro, a loaf of bread for .54 euro, some fruit, and had a wonderful dinner back in our room . The store has a section to heat your food in the microwave, and supplies utensils. Better than ordering out and a delicious meal for 2 for under 5euro.We walked about 5 miles everyday, and discovered other stores (the used clothes across the street was fun), some local restaurants, and grew to like the location.Bed was hard but we slept well. Staff were all friendly. At the end of the day I'm glad we stayed there.
