  The room was fine. But reception staff were quite miserable. For a 4* hotel I would expect tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there was nothing and paid vending machine for coffee downstairs. I asked for a kettle and begrudgingly got one but told I shouldn’t as I wasn’t staying in a superior room.   Handy location and very comfortable facilities.

  Whilst the location was perfect for our requirements as we needed to stay for quite some time, it would have been nice to have had access to the covered outdoor garden terrace not just restricted to breakfast. What’s more, despite being pet friendly, a very small and well behaved dog was not allowed on the outdoor terrace, even though it can be accessed not via the indoor restaurant facilities.Staff were friendly and very helpful, however on numerous occasions were not available on reception as they were both sat smoking directly in the main entrance which doesn’t come across as very premium.   Nice hotel but dining and drinks a miss

  I had a one night stay at this hotel which is well located and easy to find.Rooms are nice, soundproofed, so I slept well despite being so close to the road. Staff were also friendly.My biggest issue was the dining. The hotel doesn’t have a bar, there are self service drinks like beer but I wanted a drink with ice. We were told to go to the restaurant which honestly had no atmosphere and I didn’t want to sit at a dinner table to enjoy a drink. The hotel staff made me a drink of my choice but there really wasn’t anywhere to sit to enjoy it. The experience was just lacking. The restaurant had a very small menu, around 9 items such as burger, pizza, tortilla, soup and postres. It is also only available Monday to Thursday and not at weekends. The hotel is in an area filled with fast food - KFC, McDonalds, etc. It would have been nice if NH Alcorcon could provide a really nice restaurant experience and bar, it wouldn’t take much to be better than anything else in the area. Sadly this isn’t the case and I don’t think we will return. If you want to stay in your room or get room service it’s s nice hotel but it’s not one for drinking and dining - not for me.   The NH hotel is very comfortable and excellent location for the access in Madrid center. All staff were very caring and welcoming professionals. The breakfast is very complete and varied tasteful, thank you.

  Modern hotel with underground parking. Lovely staff, all very friendly and helpful. Good location next to shopping centre and restaurants. Hanging space in room wasn't all that great and bath/shower difficult to get into due to glass protector unable to fold due to the sink. Running a bath therefore, was a bit of a mission. Could have been better designed. Bed was comfortable. No rooms with balcony though.
