Location

The apartment complex is situated in one of the principal pedestrian zones in the centre of Benidorm. It is only 200 m from Levante beach. The main amenities of the Old Town can be found nearby. In the surrounding area, guests will find a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

Facility

70 studios are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. The apartment complex provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the countryside from a balcony or terrace. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The complex has 70 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active in the complex, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, diving, a gym, billiards, a solarium and hiking. A dance club offers additional entertainment.

Meals

The complex includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant.

    Had 3 night stay at this lovely apartment and everything was great. Easy check in and out, the apartment was clean and modern and all staff encountered were very pleasant. Would recommend and would definitely return đź‘Ś

    We arrived here on my friends stag doo on Friday the 13th of September. On arrival my friend farted during the check in procedures. Yes immature you could say but the man behind the desk kicked him out of the hotel and wouldn’t allow him back in and threaten to call the police if he tried to get back in at any point of the weekend. Have never experienced something so selfish in all my life. Yes maybe my friend should not of farted but his massive overreacting cost my friend €150 to stay at another hotel round the corner. I’d highly avoid this hotel based on that member of staff. All the other staff were lovely. Our room was ok at best and our safe did not work and they could not fix it either. Pretty poor to say the least. All in all this place is best to be avoided.     Our room slept 4 - we had 2 sets of bunk beds, which weren't ideal for a boozy holiday, but we managed!The rooms were extremely clean with everything we needed - we didn't have a balcony, but the air con was fine - there was also a big window in our room too. We had a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, but outside our room was another bathroom with all the same things so we were never on top of each other. Central location and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach! I would stay here again - it was in a fab location with bars and cafes, and food stalls all around. Great for what we needed for a girls trip!     Great stay and good value for the money

    Lovely modern ,clean apartment in a great location. Stayed here for 4 nights recently as recommended by a friend and we weren’t disappointed. The location was perfect in Benidorm old town and close to the beach although would imagine it could be too noisy for some overlooking the street in the height of the season. The studio was well equipped with small hob, microwave and toaster along with all the usual cutlery and crockery. There was a safe to hire for €2 per day and an iron supplied on request at reception. Use of the sister hotel pool nearby was available to use and you could pay for a meal in the buffet restaurant, we tried it once but wouldn’t recommend it although it was ok. Reception staff at studios were pleasant and helpful . The only downside to our apartment overlooking the pedestrian only street was that we could see straight into the apartments across the road and they could see into ours the addition of an internal mesh curtain would provide some privacy during the daytime. Overall a great stay at a great price.     Great location, surprisingly quiet when doors are shut at night and nice and clean. The only down side is that we are here with two other couples and despite all paying the same price for our rooms, ours is half the size of the other couples rooms, as is our balcony, it’s really small. Very disappointing.
