Location

The resort is situated in the Levante area, a 10-minute walk from Levante beach and a 20-minute walk from the Old Town and Benidorm centre. A few metres away, there are links to the public transport network. Near to the aparthotel, guests will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 24-storey building with a lift and 144 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     We booked a cheap getaway for 4 nights both flight and accommodation. We arrived at Evamar apartments and it looked a little run down but we’re really not fussy. We just need a clean bed and shower and fresh towels, we had no intention on spending a lot of time in the apartment. We noticed there were no reception and no instructions from the booking confirmation (maybe this is Love Holidays error). I managed to google that keys are to be collected from Luxmar, about a 6 minute walk up the road. This was slightly annoying having to drag the luggage there and back. We had to pay a £100 deposit for the room to prevent damage. We finally arrived at our apartment and it was like a horror film. A shopping trolly was parked outside the door containing rubbish and shoes. We went inside and it was just awful, 2 single beds - I didn’t move the frilly green sheets so I can’t comment on what was underneath! The living area had foam sofa with cigarette burns. There were stains in the toilet, the bath was rusty with an old shower curtain hanging on for dear life! The bathroom window whistled unless it was opened. The whole room was generally worn down and dated.We wasn’t expecting anything fancy and we’re genuinely not fussy but we could not stay there a second longer. We walked straight out, returned the keys and booked a different hotel. This is the first negative review I’ve ever written.

    Worst experience ever, booked 2 apartments so our paperwork said check in was at half 1 collection from luxmar. Arrived at luxmar they were saying the appartments not ready tried to get us to stay in luxmar and get a refund off onthebeach. Then when we refused they said to go back at half 5 got there and it still wasn't ready when we finally got the keys went to apartment there was rust in the baths, was a pure dive for the over £500 we paid for 3 nights said there was air con no air con what so ever, only good thing was there was clean towels. Would never stay in here again

    Please do not go this place is disgusting unclean unsafe there is no reception no pool no nothing .only one ring worked on cooking appliance filthy filthy doubt any of it was sanitized no enamel on base of bath

    These apartments are hell! They are so run down and outdated! The rooms have no air conditioning and become so hot it is unbelievable! No reception so have to pick the keys up from another hotel, which is inconvenient as you get dropped off outside of evamar! No sun loungers around the pool, very poor! 10 mins walk to the beach. Would not recommend as many places closer to Amenities are within the same budget!

    On check in around the corner at another hotel the staff were very rude and unhelpful to begin with. Then we arrived at our apartment and were appalled. This isn’t the cheapest hotel in Benidorm to stay and the rooms are unacceptable condition, mould in kettle, beds have some sort of curtain as a cover, one chair on the balcony for 2 guests, no TV remote. I could go on all day. Wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid!
