  Mis sold hotel (cannot use pools)

  》》》1st OF ALL THIS HOTEL IS MIS SOLD《《《 the pools you see in the pictures are not available and cannot be used due to not being allowed the key to the gates!!! Check in has to be done in the Magical Splash hotel which is a 15 minute walk away. Also food and drink is served in the Magical Splash hotel. This hotel has no facilities what so ever it is just an apartment nothing more. It's clean but very out dated with damaged light fittings, switches and no WIFI. The rooms and balcony are large but if you want all inclusive this is not the hotel "apartment" you want unless you want plenty of exercise to and from the Magical Splash. After complaining to the manager at Magical Splash, and I will state she was very professional and helpful she was able to get us availability in the Magical Splash so we changed hotels. JUST BOOK THE Magical Splash hotel it's great 👍

  Where do I start !! Firstly after reading reviews I contacted on 3 occasions to find out from Sunshine Holidays were to check in,no answer, so reviews told me check-in at Splash, walk about 5mins walk,find it and it's CLOSED UNDER CONSTRUCTION, Had to ring sunshine and was told i had to travel over 5kms away to get checked in at a different hotel..€20 in taxi,and €150 deposit later ..2hrs after drop of we finally get to tower block 2, 25th floor,pleasently surprised to find a really nice big apartment with massive balcony, booked a twin room got a double bed and sofa bed which was rubbish as it didn't stay together, unfortunately that's were gud things end, apartment had dirty floors, bathroom,balcony table,bed had long black hairs,sofa bed pull out bit was gross stained and hairs,no hairdryer,no iron, heater when switched on moved around the room, no oven in kitchen, no kettle, glasses and plates dirty , WiFi took forever to find which 1 was the right 1, bed was like lying on a stone block,noise from above and below really loud at night, 2 itchy and dirty blankets and it was freezing at nighttime..slept in clothes to stay warm and protect me from dirty blankets touching my skin, nowhere to pyt clothes in wardrobe as all drawers were full of towels and sheets, couldn't contact anyone about new blankets or dirty floors, no reception were we stayed wasn't going back in2 Benidorm paying more €.No pool access ,no bar,wasn't a hotel it was an apartment block residents live there , Overall area was beautiful and in a quieter part of Benidorm. Beach literally 2 mins walk away..spent alot of time there,.Very beautiful place Finestrat.

  Stay somewhere else!!

  Terrible. Arrived and were eager to check in, but it took a good half an hour to find the correct building, before being told that we needed to travel to Benidorm to check in. On checking in, we were told that we had to pay 150 euros deposit, having already thought that we had paid in full. Another taxi journey back from Benidorm, and we were almost 200 euros out of pocket, with deposit and taxis. The apartment was very basic and there was damage to the furniture and walls, and the general state of the apartment was dirty, including cutlery and crockery. There was also sand in the bed, which was both surprising and disgusting, as we had not been to the beach. As another person has also said, we also had a visit from a workman who wanted to measure up, and put pictures on the walls. I would not ever stay here again, and wouldn't recommend to anyone. It was cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

  Terrible apartment with Building site view

  We stayed at magic atrium 4 apartments in La Vila joiosa last week and the 1st day we got there was so stressful as we was not allowed into the apartment as we had to get a taxi into benidorm to check in at a different hotel and pay a 150 deposit that we knew nothing about. The check-in hotel is about a 3mile journey. We was not told this before hand!! after a couple of hours we managed to get into our apartment which was 14floors up. The apartment itself was huge with 2 bathrooms & 3 bedrooms but it was a self catering apartment and all the cutelry and utensils was dirty so we had to eat out which was expensive. We had no kettle and a tiny dirty pan to boil water for tea. And our 1st night was itchy as there was sand in the bed, we was no where near a beach until the following day.. Our 1st initial view was a building site opposite. The shower head was broken and the floors was dirty, we didn't let it spoil our holiday as it was my 1st time abroad and we was determined to enjoy it. We had a knock at the door and it was a builder and the owner of the apartment asking to put pictures on the wall, we didn't mind this as they was lovely. Overall Spain was beautiful and the people there was amazing and it hasn't put us off, we will be visiting Spain in October but certainly won't be staying in them apartments ever again!!

  When we booked this for 8 days in February it looked great online, We booked with hotels.com only to be told our booking had been cancelled a few days later as we didn’t make the payment through the hotels separate payment site. This was quite annoying as the hotel then contacted us to book direct with them at a much higher price than originally quoted and if we didn’t we would be subject to 50% cancellation fee, after being threatened with legal proceedings we unwillingly paid and rebooked, But it fact it was them who cancelled our booking in the first place. The apartment itself was situated in a great location and the apartment was okay, the apartment is advertised as “fully equipped kitchen” this wasn’t the case. We booked this apartment so we could cook and feed ourselves as eating out can be very expensive, so we chose this apartment so we could eat-in and cook in the Fully Equipped kitchen. There is not one single cooking utensil only basic cutlery supplied? The bed in the bedroom was not suitable to sleep in as the base of the bed was loose, so the bed rocked side to side when you laid in it, luckily there was a sofa bed in the living room which we slept in. The apartment was advised with WIFI but there was none.Then things took a turn for the worse when there was building work right above our room from 8am - 5pm 5 of the days. The apartment felt like it was actually shaking!The cherry on the top was when one of the builders let himself into our apartment to “measure up the windows” which was totally unacceptable. All these issues were brought up to the helpline number given to us at check in (which is actually situated in Benidorm) at the start of our stay so maybe we could be moved to another apartment. But all this was ignored, We actually had to leave the apartment and rebook another hotel at an extra expense. Its been a horrendous stay with no sleep/rest and honestly don’t advise anyone to book this place.
