Location

This hotel is located on the slopes of the Sierra Cortina Mountain, at 150 m above sea level and enjoys fantastic views all the way to the Costa Blanca. It is set next to two golf courses and to the Terra Mítica, Terra Natura and Aqua Natura natural parks. The city of Benidorm and the nearest sandy beaches are only at 3 km away, Campomanes Marina is 10 minutes' drive and Alicante Airport is around 1h from the hotel.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 69 junior suites, 20 suites, 312 single rooms and 223 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. 10 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include translation services, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce and volleyball or, for a fee, beach volleyball. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as snorkelling and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, squash and handball. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and hydrotherapy treatments. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Relaxing Escape Surrounded by Nature

    We had an exceptional stay and truly did not want to leave. From the Koh Samui restaurant to the Lombok pool, every part of the hotel felt thoughtfully designed and relaxing. The three heated swimming pools were fantastic, and the complimentary activities, including Tai Chi and cocktail making, added something special to our time there.The spa was a real highlight of our stay. The facial was exceptional, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and revitalised. The treatment room itself was just as impressive, with a stunning view overlooking a peaceful water fountain, which made the whole experience even more calming and immersive.We only stayed a few days but found ourselves completely immersed in the experience, rarely leaving the hotel at all. The peaceful atmosphere stood out, from the gentle sound of frogs in the evening to the beautiful koi carp pools and lush trees surrounding the grounds.We arrived needing a break and left feeling completely refreshed. A genuinely calming and memorable experience.

    Horrible Customer Service ~ Wanna be Luxury Hotel experience

    We had a couples massage booked at Asia Gardens Spa and arrived early, as we were genuinely considering staying at the hotel that evening. As frequent guests of luxury brands such as Four Seasons and Aman, we are very familiar with the level of service and flexibility expected at this standard.Upon politely asking if it would be possible to briefly view the hotel or an available room, we were met by the concierge manager with a notably dismissive and unwelcoming attitude. We were told this was “hotel policy” and that non-guests could not be shown the property. While policies can vary, what was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of hospitality, flexibility, or basic courtesy in how this was communicated.Despite having a confirmed spa reservation, we were also told we could not remain in the lobby and were repeatedly directed away, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. At no point was there any effort to assist, offer alternatives, or handle the situation in a manner consistent with a luxury guest experience.As a result of this interaction, we chose to cancel our treatment and decided not to pursue staying at the hotel.We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the issue is not the policy itself, but the tone, approach, and lack of guest awareness shown by the concierge manager.     Enjoyable experience

    We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary and Christmas.Firstly the hotel is absolutely delightful. The landscaped gardens are amazing and beautiful. The swimming pools all looked so inviting but unfortunately only one was open being winter time, but that was heated. Our room was of a good size but I felt that parts of the decoration and furniture were in need of a little tender loving care. The bathroom however was large, well equipped and had lovely toiletries. Our bed was extremely comfortable.Our meal at the Ko Samui restaurant was good and bad. The Japanese sushi starter was excellent but our main course dishes were disappointing. My husband´s Pad Thai was a congealed mass and my basil beef was grossly oversalted.The Christmas festivities at the hotel were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the "wishing" ceremony on Christmas Eve with lighted candles by the fountain. Very magical and the champagne was excellent. We then enjoyed the buffet (both on Christmas Eve and Christmas day lunch), which had a huge selection of dishes - the best I have ever seen. I particularly enjoyed the lobster and crab and of course being British, the roast Turkey, which was beautifully tender. With both meals we also had excellent complimentary wines. Lovely ambiance in the restaurant.The staff at the hotel were exceptional.
