Location

The apartments are wonderfully located in the centre of Benidorm, near the Old Town and right in the shopping district of the city, where guests will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Levante Beach is 75 metres away. The nearest public bus stop is 100 metres away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 70 apartments. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Children can enjoy the playground.     Nice comfy hotel. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Big walk in shower, huge fluffy towels. Fridge in room Which was very useful. Great pool area, but be aware the lifts only go to 6th floor and the pool is on the roof, so a big flight of stairs, not ideal for less mobile people.The lifts are a nightmare, tiny, old and noisy, had to fold down wheelchair to get in.     This is my fourth stay at the Avenida hotel as part of a friend's holiday. Firstly, the location of this hotel is superb, with ready access to the beach (3 min walk away) and the old town shops/bars. The staff are all friendly and efficient. The rooms are cleaned/serviced daily and maintenance carried out proactively (a bulb was replaced in my room without me having to raise it). Food is fine - all well prepared/presented at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with nice Gluten Free bread/croissants available on request - and which arrive warmed through which really helps their consistency/taste. There is also very little repetition across a week which is quite unusual. On this latest stay, I initially had an amazing 4th floor room with a corner balcony that faced out onto the back of the building. I'd always opt for a room facing the back in future as the street noise is less and they get the sun more. Unfortunately I was moved to another room (although very kindly compensated for the inconvenience). The alternative room was spacious, bed comfortable, and space airy (including the bathroom) but it was noisier - but given the location in a busy part of town, it's difficult to create complete silence. And overall, while the hotel would benefit from some modernisation/refurbishment to stay competitive, the price point means it is great value for money compared to other hotels in the vicinity (and I keep coming back!).     Have been taking holidays at the same hotel in Benidorm I booked a different hotel for my last holiday April 2026 as I wanted a change and an alternative I chose the Avenida hotel in the old town ,I cannot praise this hotel enough location prime position in the old town rooms spacious serviced every day staff second to none food good not repetitive I could go on forever without naming previous hotel would be disrespectful after holidays with them I am sourcing future holidays and the Avenida will be first on my list looking forward to a future stay.Thanks to all the staff for their efforts made the holiday special .     Check in was quick and easy. Bed comfyBathroom dated, ladies bring hair driers, the one in the room took my 2 inch hair 10 min to dry.Standard 3 star style operating at 3 star under a 4 star rating.Food.Jesus, no taste, catered to old mouths that didn't like garlic, spice and taste. Staff all wonderful apart from a bloke on reception who was very dismissive and rude. I asked why was there no water or power and was just told " we told you" well you didn't.. I payed a cheep price for a 4 night break and can't really complain.
