  Perfect location to explore all areas of Benidorm

  We have just returned from 5 nights at the Paraiso Centro apartments in Benidorm.We were greeted at the front gate on arrival by a very pleasant gentleman and had a quick and easy check in (pre filled forms the day before which the management sent us) and paid our 100€ security deposit (standard on most holidays now)The apartment had a massive balcony, separate living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom with everything you will need such as full size fridge freezer, iron etc.Beds were comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean.The best thing about this apartment was the location- around 10 mins in either direction to the old town or new town so ideal spot to explore both. There are several bars and shops which are even closer, a Mercadona supermarket and McDonald’s all close by also. Check-in is 5-8pm, there is no 24 hour reception so please be aware there is a 30€ charge to check in late like we did at 9pm (we were aware of this charge prior to arrival so happy to pay). My only complaint would be on leaving the accommodation- we dropped our keys before opening the main gates to the apartment (we were given a room key and a gate key to enter the actual complex). There is 7 feet metal fence & gate designed to keep people out! Well we were stuck inside the complex as no 24 hour reception. Yes it was our mistake but we asked a cleaner to help us by opening the gate and she kept shouting “8 o’clock” to me repeatedly. I used Google translate to explain we just would like the gate open so we could leqve she continuously shouted “no” to me which had me in tears as we were going to miss our plane!! We eventually found part of the fence we could throw cases over and climb!! Now as I said this was our mistake so I would still give the accommodation 5 stars but the cleaner was a disgrace to not simply open the gate for us.

  Does what it says on the tin. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Will definitely book again. Views are breathtaking 🙂. Will definitely return. Beware that you need to leave €100 deposit. Returned on room inspection on departure. Luckily we were ok, but if that’s included in spending money, please budget for it!

  Decent apartments. Great location.

  Great location. Well maintained apartment block. Nice pool, plenty of sun beds, close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. 10 minute walk to old town, 5 minutes to main promenade and close to busy night life areas. Apartments are basic but clean and linen/ towels are changed regularly. The kitchen is minimal but is sufficient for making snacks etc ( there is no oven). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.   My 3rd time here

  I have been here now 3 years in a row. And i stil love it here. Its only stil hard to get inside when you arrive and nobody is there yet. We had the luck the concierge saw us arriving.Then the poolarea would be perfect if guest respect the rules but this year it was extremely frustrating so see all beds covered with towels and nobody there. And the guest reserved their seats in front of the garden guy. People were playing with balls too but nobody told them to stop. In july u have to pay for a bed. I rather prefer to pay then to have no bed at all. I think this could be better.The room was ok. The washing machine wasnt working properly and the refrigator had some broken parts in it but its not a disaster.   Good location and good value

  We stayed here for a week and found it to be comfortable and in a good location . We had read some of the previous reviews but have to say that our experience was a good one. We were prepared for the €150 cash deposit as this was in our booking confirmation and as we had an early departure on our last day, we got the money back the day before without any problem . We did advise on our arrival that we’d need to leave early and just reminded the manager a couple of days ahead to be on the safe side. If I had one slight moan it would be the limited supply of sun beds but we made use of our balcony area which got the sun until early afternoon so not a major issue . Would stay here again for the location and ease of getting into the main part of Benidorm whilst enjoying the relative peaceful neighbourhood Only had one night where some more energetic and resilient revellers than us thought it would be fun to make some noise whilst trying to find their way home !
