    Good time for 5nights

    rating22 May 2026

Nice hotel stayed here with my friend was in a room with not much of a view outside. The staff were very friendly. The food was mostly the same stuff every day. The Bar tender Mangual was the best. Shows 3 pools only one at the hotel others else were. Would go again. It's okay for a few nights

    rating19 May 2026

I would have been disappointed if I'd had booked a week or more, but for a few nights, it was okay. I booked a junior suite, but that wasn't available when we arrived, so they upgraded us to all inclusive, for changing the room. The room was fine for what we needed, however, the walls are that thin, you can hear your neighbours talking! The all inclusive, to be honest, was not good. Food was bland and cold, but had a fantastic salad bar, which I mostly ate. No snack bar during the day, just some sausages and funny looking burgers, that sat in a covered tray all day. Cocktails were terrible, wine was okay as a spritzer. The rooftop was shameful! Pool the size of a jacuzzi, no umbrellas, bar wasn't open so had to carry drinks from the 1st floor, but didn't want to give you a tray to carry them! No music or atmosphere, which is a shame. Most staff were friendly, but like the other reviews, some not so much! Location in the old town, so 6-10$ to get a taxi to the new town. Had a fab time in Benidorm, I will return but sadly not to this hotel! Medina Hoteles, General Manager at Hotel Cuco, responded to this review Dear Shardia,Thank you for sharing your impressions. We appreciate your acknowledgment of the friendly team members, location, and salad offerings. We regret that several aspects did not meet expectations, as our standard is a consistently comfortable and enjoyable stay.Best regards,Hotel Cuco

    Too many issues to return

    rating13 May 2026

I'm not usually one to complain but there were several issues with the hotel that tainted the holiday. I will start by saying that the staff in the hotel were lovely and the food was mainly okay but there were several issues. My first complaint is about the shower tray. It had a split in it. It looked like a repair had been attempted with a couple of plastic stickers (picture attatched) but the split was longer, leaving a sharp edge. Every time we used the shower we had to be careful not to cut ourselves .I raised this on day 2 and was told maintenance would visit. We then heard nothing until our last day, when we had a note under the door to say they had tried to visit 3 times but due to the “do not disturb” on the door they didn't enter. If we had been told after the first attempt, we would have removed the do not disturb. This feels like an excuse for not addressing the issue. The second issue is with the pools. The one on the hotel roof looks a decent size on the pictures but in reality it is no more than 10 foot long. The second pool, while larger was in a poor state of repair. The larger pool was across the road, which is not made clear, and there were only about 3 sunbeds that were not broken. The whole pool area was in a poor state of repair and was messy and shabby (pictures attached). The pictures on the hotel information look amazing. There is definitely some “artistic license” and good special effects. The pictures with the pink strap is the hotel's own picture of the pool. This meant that when we were wanting some downtime at the hotel we were in the room or the lounge area. This is not what we go on holiday to a warm country to do, stay inside. The hotel is in quite a residential setting which I would have expected to be quieter. Definitely not the case here. There was almost constant traffic and noise from people on the street which wasn't dulled by the double glazing. The hotel itself was also strangely noisy. The walls are paper thin and you hear doors closing all the time. It stood out as I've never had this in a hotel before. Medina Hoteles, General Manager at Hotel Cuco, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. Great hotel in a nice location

    rating12 May 2026

Stayed at this hotel first bank holiday weekend in May for my friends 50th, there was 6 of us all blokes who stayed in this hotel on All- inclusive.. Hotel itself was faultless and cleaned to a high standard, our rooms was also very nice and clean and was quite modern.. 3 of us stayed in one room so you had two single beds and a double sofa bed. There was plenty of room for us all and the bathroom and shower room was very spacious.. We didn’t go to the restaurant for every meal as we had a few late nights so didn’t make breakfast and in the day we was usually out and about but the times we did use the restaurant the food was faultless, plenty of selection and plenty of seafood which I loved (especially the paella) We went up on the roof to use the small pool once which was ok but mainly the positive point was all the free sunbeds.. was a nice spot to lay in the sun and try and get rid of the hangovers Medina Hoteles, General Manager at Hotel Cuco, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing such enthusiastic feedback from your bank holiday stay.We are delighted you enjoyed the spotless, modern rooms, ample space, and the all-inclusive dining—especially the seafood and paella. The rooftop area and plentiful sunbeds are guest favorites. We look forward to welcoming you again.Best regards,Hotel Cuco
