    As a new arrival to the hotel we were thrilled that our room was ready for us on arrival, check in was smooth and friendly. As we entered our deep cleaned room, the first thing I noticed was a piece of toilet paper besides the toilet, it remained there for four days despite a daily maid service.The room was tired, the bed was like sleeping in a hammock, the sag in the middle shocking and uncomfortable. The wardrobe doors had come off the runners meaning you were unable to access the safety deposit box. The towel were old and thread bare. The glass on the balcony hadn’t been cleaned in god knows how long, also no lighting on the balconies throughout the hotel, even the signage wasn’t illuminated at night.We were pleased we were only B&B as the food was cold and over cooked.Returning after a night out, we were greeted by a lift which someone had urinated in, this was left to dry and the smell in the morning was awful. I asked where the toilet was round the pool to be told, just wee in the pool, classy

    I expected much less from this hotel, it's been amazing! from the pool, the dining room, the staff and the cleaners, they have all been amazing! the locations fab and if you didnt want to you wouldnt even need to leave the hotel at all.     Great relaxing experience

    Very relaxed atmosphere. I stayed on my own with my two children and felt very comfortable. The waiting on staff and bar staff have been amazing and very friendly. The housekeeping staff also need a mention, making our beds and leaving clean towels EVERY day- fantastic service. I as an adult have enjoyed trying the different foods, and whilst bar snacks served 12-6 are fussy child friendly, many of the lunch/dinner options are not appealing to my fussy 12 year old son but he has never gone hungry and there is always a bit of something he can navigate. Thank you to all staff for making our stay FANTASTIC 😍.
