The apartment complex lies just 800 m from the Levante Beach, within a short distance of L'Aigüera Park and a supermarket. It is 200 m to the resort centre where a selection of bars and restaurants are to be found. Alicante airport is approximately 65 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 2 lifts and features 36 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock. The hotel provides a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed.     Good location in the old town, quite hilly but was no problem for our party. Apartments very dated in desperate need for upgrades to the rooms. My major problem was the work that was being down , they started before 8.30am and the drilling, sanding, shouting to each other, we are on holiday, we don’t want to be woken every morning with this, when I complained one morning near the end of my holiday at 8.40am I was shouted back at, I am working!!! So inconsiderate of paying customers. We were not told there would be work being carried out when we booked and at reception on day 2 there was a note that said due to a leak there will be minimum work being carried out Go elsewhere that is probably cheaper, not as tired looking and you get to sleep passed 8.30am

    Stayed in apartment 3C. Very clean and well appointed. Air con and washing machine included. Lovely large balcony. We were only staying 4 nights but would happily do 2 weeks. Caretaker/ reception very pleasant and approachable. Pool area very clean and quiet, the only sounds children enjoying themselves. Location great for us. Mercado a supermarket nearby. 5 minutes to old town. A very enjoyable stay.

    Good apartment but to many party’s so it won’t be coming back

    The apartments are good clean a bit old fashioned but has everything you want in them but unfortunately these apartments are letting young people have party’s from 10 at night till 4 in the morning there is nobody to tell them to keep the noise down it’s a shame because we have stayed here at least 10 times we stay here last time and the same problem please La caseta could you sort this problem or is this the type of Apartments you want now

    Came last Saturday with family and not to bad at first Then gang off lads turned up wow noisey Disrespectful smoking weed getting absolutely smashed bouncing chairs music would off woke Benidorm up The noise started at 2am didn’t finish till 530 Then was quiet for hour then all started again Did complain as I had a 78 year old with us but nothing changed If it weren’t for them then maybe we might have enjoyed our stay But never again Rooms are ok though

    4 day long weekend here. Due to leave Monday. Apartments are well equipped with decent hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing items. Beds are comfier than most apartments I've stayed in here. Balcony's are spacious with table and chairs. The photos don't do it justice, the pool area was a lot nicer and bigger than I had expected. Nice and quiet and plenty of beds. 1.7m deep pool and a smaller knee high area for kids. There is a Peruvian restaurant attached for cold drinks and meals Didn't eat there so cant comment. There is a huge supermarket next door which was ideal to stock the fridge. Plenty of kitchen utensils to cook meals if you like. Slightly hilly area but plenty of places to stop and have a drink. Go Bananas Bar, The Castle and the Crown all in close proximity. Decent shower and bath. TV in room and a safe. We stayed on 2nd floor in B apartment.I'd stay again if the price was right. Currently sat and can hear all the love music from the apitheatre across the road. Lots of families milling about, area feels safer than most we've stayed in whilst in Benidorm.Strip 20 min walk, taxis available at bottom kd the hill. Old town 5 mins the other way. On the sea front it's behind burger king and up. Hope this helps!
