This hotel is situated in the heart of Benidorm, in the old town next to L'Aigüera Park and the new town hall and only 500 m from Levante beach. Many bars, restaurant as well as shops are nearby.

2 suites, 13 single rooms and 443 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Services include a laundry service.     Friendly Staff & Clean Hotel – But Old Town Location Not for Us

    We recently stayed at the Magic Crystal Park Hotel in Benidorm’s Old Town and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and really helpful throughout our stay. Reception even supported us in changing one of our rooms from a double to a twin, which we really appreciated.The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. There were different food options available each day. We’re quite fussy eaters, so the selection wasn’t always to our taste, but there was definitely enough variety for most people to find something they like.Evening entertainment at the hotel is limited, and while there are plenty of restaurants and bars around the Old Town, the type of entertainment we enjoy was mostly located in the New Town. Having stayed in the New Town on a previous trip, we realised that the amenities and atmosphere there suit us much better.Our decision not to return to the Old Town is no reflection on the hotel itself – the Magic Crystal Park Hotel did everything right. It simply comes down to personal preference and the kind of surroundings we look for when we’re away. If this hotel were located in the New Town, we would definitely stay again.     This hotel is not a bad hotel, it is in need of some modernisation. Staff are lovely especially reception staff, mini bar in your room is filled everyday, we didn't stay in for any entertainment so I can't comment on that. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels, there is always something to eat and drink up until midnight. Shower is hit and miss from cold to hot that could probably be looked at. The only down fall for me was we checked out at 12 and our bands was cut off we asked about drinks and reception told us we could still get drinks, so we went to the bar for a soft drink before our transfers, the man was actually quite rude and told us we couldn't unless we paid, we tried to explain the lady at reception said we could but he wasn't having any of it, I've never encountered this at any hotel, if I've checked out ive still been able to eat and get a drink until my transfers, so be cautious once your checked out you will have to pay.     Poor experience

    This is a terrible hotel. The rooms are dirty, they are badly maintained and just tired. The food is really bad, badly cooked and not very tasty. There was a group of police officers visiting the restaurant for food. I was very disappointed that they didn't arrest the chefs for what they offered. We went with TUI and they obviously have done no quality checks on this hotel.     Enjoyed but you need more entertainment for the English gusts
