  we stayed at acquarium 3 from 10 to 17 September. We collected our keys and was informed that the apartment was ready and had been cleaned. However when we entered we realised that the bedding had not been changed, the towels were dirty and there was rubbish in the bin and the Apartment had not been cleaned. My wife needed the toilet and when she entered the bathroom the smell was horrendous. the toilet seat was down and when she opened it it was full to the brim with faeces. We had to go back to where we collected our keys to report this. It took about 2 hours to clean so we had to stay away from the apartment and given that we had an early flight we were knackered. All we wanted to do was rest before going our. During our stay we had to contact the agent on 2 more occasions regarding the toilet blocking. We have made several complaints and was promised a partial refund which we have still not received

  This place will ask for a 200 euros deposit eventhou place is old or really old and lots of appliances far from looking normal. (Bedroom lamp, living room lamp, kettle)The Apartamentos is in the brittish part of Benidorm and about 10 mins walk from Levente Beach.Place is really old, 3 old lifts, no cleaning for the whole stay. Hot water enough for a shower, for one person. Really old kettle, old fridge. Small telly. And a strange smell in the bedroom. Reception closed saturdays and sundays!NB: THIS PLACE OPENS THE RECEPTION AT 9.30 MON TO FRI. CHECK OUT FROM 9.30 TO 10.

  Spent 3 nights here in September . On arrival we had to pick up our room keys x2 from the office next door and had to pay €200:00 deposit which u get back when you leave . It’s quite basic with two single beds and pull out bed in the couch. No air con and hardly any hot water and in our 3 night stay no maid service . Beware we were told that there is a scam. The maids allegedly take the tv remote and on inspection of your room before you leave you will lose your deposit . So we hired the safe for €2:00 per day and locked it in the safe !!!. Enjoy

  To be fair the rooms are very clean and better than expected. Bathroom and kitchen are perfect! There is no bed just a bed sette which was a single bed and a pull out single bed for my partner (not ideal).We paid for a room with balcony and did not get one! English lady at reception was extremely helpful. Shame about the Spanish lady who was rude and unhelpful. On our third day there was heavy rain in the morning but it was all cleared come midday. Went to go to the pool as it was sunny and hot to find that was closed. Asked the Spanish lady in reception what was going on to be shouted the open hours. She had no idea what was going on.On the one day we did get to use the pool it was very clean. But be warned there's only 4 beds between two hotels which is shocking! People were having to lay on the floor!The hotel is in a good location and a quick walk to everything. Deposit was easy to get back.

  First of all we was waiting in the reception for 2 hours to be told they had never heard of us! Luckily i asked in the next building and met a woman who made numerous phonecalls to help me and managed to find out where i could collect my keys from! So 3 1/2 hours after arriving at the apts i was at a different building waiting to get my keys to be told that i had to pay €150 deposit! Absolutely disgusted that i was not advised of any of this! We was on a budget (hence why we booked with alpha rooms) but this extra lack of funds was a real shock and ruined the whole holiday! I have been through all correspondents and never did it say i had to collect the keys from elsewhere nor did i have to pay a huge deposit! The neighbours upstairs was shooting pellet guns at our balcony so we couldn't let the children out and there was arguments galore in this apts! Not suitable for a family holiday
