Location

The hotel is situated 10 minutes’ walk from Poniente beach, and 20 minutes’ walk from Benidorm’s centre and Old Town. Guests will find a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops a few metres away.

Facility

8 single rooms and 140 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include bocce, golf, a gym, aerobics, massage treatments and a solarium or, for a fee, billiards.     Booked as a family of 3, 2 adults and a 6 year old. Emailed hotel 2 times requested a balcony as I was unaware that there was none. No response from any email. Arrived location ok up a massive hill not the best for a 6 year old not the hotels fault mind u. We went all-inclusive food definitely not for English taste pigs trotters served for lunch. But extremely hard working and friendly staff. Roof top bar wasn't open so 5 flights off stairs for a cool drink in a heat wave oh you can take a tray but never any available and lifts took to long so up the stairs u go to a pool with absolutely no cover for a child. Aircon only came on at 3 in day and off again at 12.15 at night u can't control it. So in a room no balcony a window opening to a inside tunnel leading onto othe guests rooms. In over 35° heat with a child absolutely a disgrace. Overall staff amazing but definitely not a 4 star hotel disgraceful in some areas

    Very dirty room and smelt of smoke, The staff was rude. No shade around the pool. Breakfast items was cold.     A nice hotel, limited food options for vegetarians/vegans

    We stayed for 5 nights and the hotel was lovely, staff were pleasant and it was a good stay. The beds were really comfortable and the room spacious. We booked half board, and honestly it wasn’t worth the extra money, especially for myself. Breakfast was okay, and dinner was really not good for me being a vegetarian. There were really limited options and the pasta was cold and sloppy (as this was one of the only options for me to eat this was really disappointing). That being said, this was the only thing that was a negative, the rest of the amenities were great.
