Location

This hotel is situated in Benidorm, on the sea front and only 30 m from Poniente beach. The city centre is 300 m away where guests will find many shops, bars and restaurants. Levante beach situated around 1500 m away.

The hotel has a suite, 46 single rooms and 61 double rooms, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.     Location is the only thing this so called hotel has going for it.Iv stayed in better 2 star The bathroom is properly the only 4 star thing about the hotel.It stinks !!!! The pools are rotten and there is only a handful of beds, the so called premium beds are all broken, ripped and full of bird muck, it smells like dog dirt around the main pool, the kids splash pool we watched a seagull eat a pigeon, well its days later now and its still not been cleaned.The food well ignore the reviews on how amazing the food is, us lot will eat anything and everything, not here its dreadful, nothing goes together and its basically crap no other word to honestly explain it. We didnt use the ai on the first day as we arrived at 2am but the ai ends at 6pm on your last day.Drinks arnt bad We have eaten out every day and had to leave the pool area (when we could get a bed) as the smell is to much. If your under the age of 80 I would not recommend this hotel at all. Also its not a family hotel unless you want you kids to catch something from the dirty splash pool, most staff are miserable so clearly all the reviews are fake

    Had a lovely holiday in the nicest part of Benidorm which is the Pontiente beach area. Lovely weather . very pleasant staff, gorgeous promenade and beach.a few minor problems were sorted out promptly.The sunbeds in the promotional photo don't look out to the sea. Enjoyed the food in local restaurants, and the hotel breakfast was excellent.Beware of pickpockets. It was tried on me, but I caught him, and when I shouted at him my phone was returned. The hotel is just across the road from the beach.
