This city hotel is located in the centre of Jerez de la Frontera just a short distance from links to the public transport network. The hotel has 3 suites and 90 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Great rooms and staff, but watch out for the hidden fees.

    Fantastic stay marred by hidden costs and "luxury" breakfast pricing"I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because the property itself is great. However, the incidental charges felt like extortion. We were charged €14.50 for a 'breakfast' that consisted only of a croissant and yogurt (coffee and juice were complimentary anyway). Similarly, the vending machine prices were eye-watering.Regarding parking: be aware that while 'free' parking is mentioned, there are only about 20 spaces, which are almost always full. We were directed to the underground garage by the receptionist, but weren't told it cost €15/night until we were already checking in. While the security is good, the lack of transparency was disappointing. Great hotel, but keep your wallet ready for the extras.

    A good hotel in front of the stadium

    We had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the stadium, very large a nice bathroom, safe and minibar. Very friendly staff, indoor and outdoor parking (free), excellent soundproofing. Very basic breakfast. The hotel is outside the center, car required.     Beware the discreet default Terms & Conditions and the corporate approach to humanity…ie zero!!

    Be very careful when you book this hotel, their default setting is a non-fundable rate which defaults back even if you choose a different rate. It caught me out for 3 x rooms for 3 x nights. We now cannot make the trip due to injury but B&B refuse to give a refund or credit for a future stay. We have them more than 4 weeks notice but they are sticking to their default rate terms. A very disappointing and expensive situation and very unlike most decent hotels we have used before in the region. I have advised all of my friends and co texts to be very careful when using this company and ideally stay somewhere else. Jerez is a beautiful city, it’s a shame the management at B&B Jerez are not!!

    Ideal for business travellers

    Check in was quick and easy and the rooms were basic but comfortable. This hotel is more for business travellers than those looking for a city break. Parking outside but fills up quick in the evening. Breakfast is average no thrills, but worth it for a couple night stay. Overall the price is good for what you get and as I was there for business it served its purpose.
