    Lovely characteristic hotel in the centre of the village.

    We arrived at this hotel during the evening. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff whom checked us in and directed us to the free parking area. We then went to our room which was a good size double room with a good size bathroom. The hotel looks very nice, clean and welcoming. We would reccomend a stay here. It’s centrally located in the little town. We had issues with the heating, which wasn’t working and we received an electric heater straightaway. Just one suggestion: there appeared to be black mold around the window frame in the bedroom, this should be checked and removed.

    We stayed at the hotel Tugasa Casa in June. We think that we found a fantastic hotel in a great place to relax and enjoy the pueblo of Medina Sedona.The hotel is in a great location not far from the main square. The staff are extremely helpful especially Francisco he helped and advised us with everything when ever we needed anything.Great hotel, great village, great food.

    We were staying with friends who have an apartment in the town. We came here for dinner. They are trying something new and exciting and the kitchen produced a sensational locally sourced meal. The cooking skill was exquisite and everything was delicious. This is a hidden gem. Book before people realise how good this is and it gets too popular. Staff were great and really knowledgeable. Can’t wait to come back and stay as well. Well done to all concerned. Xxx

    Great locatiom, so-so breakfast

    We stayed in this hotel as part of a bicycle tour. The rooms are spacious and it is right in the center of the old town. Our room as spacious, but being street level, we kept the shutter closed for privacy. The town's streets are paved, so car traffic, while sparse was noisy. Breakfast is not that great. We had toasted bread, yogurt, bananas. We were cycling point to point, and instead of industrial pastries, I would have prefered a hard boil egg and maybe a good muesli which would have been more nutritious.
