This city hotel is located directly in the tourist centre of Jerez de la Frontera, not far from the town centre (200 m away). Directly by the hotel are a Wine cellar and the congress centre. Links to the public transport system are only 250 m away and the train station is approximately 300 m away. Nightclubs are located just 1 km from the hotel. The airport is around 12 km away. Travel to the town of Càdiz (located around 35 km away) requires around a 30-minute car journey.

Facility

50 non-smoking rooms, including 37 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Absolute Filth.

    If you are looking for a clean and safe hotel then avoid at all costs. This hotel was without doubt the worst I’ve stayed in over the years. It was filthy from the moment we walked in and unsafe. I understand it’s not a 5* hotel however I expect it to be clean and safe. This hotel was a disgrace with management who basically made us out to be liars when we said the rooms were dirty and it took the threat of the official complaints form before they would refund us. No light shades, exposed wires, cracked walls, filthy bathrooms, lights that don’t work, cracked steps, mould on the walls, windows that didn’t close properly, broken air con. Very very tired and dirty hotel, this place is a hazard and needs shut down.

    What can I say about this hotel? It’s unique. Ever been to a dingy serviced apartments complex? It’s like that. Microscopic rooms and bathrooms - I mean really really cramped. Dark hallways that make you feel like you are in a Hitchcock movie. Dirty carpets, minimalist minimals (no glass in the room, only shows gel dispenser, air conditioner didn’t work - they changed me to another room - only Spanish channels on tv). The remote control was held together with cello tape - and wasn’t in the room, I had to go ask for it. Reception staff indifferent, very little English spoken. I emailed to ask about the way to get there - one line “train is cheaper”. Didn’t reply when I asked if they could send a timetable (looking from England often there are errors on Rome to Rio timetables). No reply. Emailed again. No reply. Really useless. No different when I arrived. Circled a few things on a map, not asked me what I am interested in seeing. Never seen such complacency. That said, it was only 30 euros a night, so I guess I shouldn’t complain. But I certainly wouldn’t go back, even if for the devil I know. Location was fantastic, but there were plenty of others well located too.

    Extremely dirty and aged hotel. It is so noisy that I couldn’t sleep all night. The air conditioner wasn’t working and it was noisy. The owner overpriced our stay and the breakfast was gross and unhygienic; only grassy finger food.

    An intesting visit to Jerez

    We stayed overnight in late October 2018. On arrival, we found that it was not possible to stop the car outside the hotel. It would have been good to have been advised to park temporarily in Calle Pedro Alonso, off which a side street (Calle Sol) gives access to the underground hotel garage. Beware - entry (especially), and exit (slightly easier) is suitable for nothing larger than a small family car - because of a tightly-turning access ramp.The hotel receptionists were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the room was good, and clean. There was, however, no hot water in the evening.Breakfast was something of a let down; no sliced bread, toaster not working, and we had to ask for crockery and milk for the cereal. It is unfortunate that I have to say that it would probably have been better to breakfast at the bar on the other side of the plaza.That said, the hotel is ideally located close to the main attractions, and was good value for money.

    Short break with Jerez as the stay

    We stayed in Jerez as we did a day trip to Cadiz by train and drove down to Gibraltar.The hotel whilst easy to find, the car parking isnt so easy and the turning angles on the way down very tight! anything larger you will struggle to get it in or out!reception is impressive (less the demonstrators who were outside!) and the receptionists at all times of day helpfull and friendly.Rooms were spacious with more than ample storage and the bathroom large and cleaned daily.location was central to the train station and the main shopping district too
