    Fantastic small hotel with excellent staffLocation is perfect and its only a 15 minute walk from the bus & railway stationGreat simple breakfastWe had room 52 which was on the top floor with its own roof terrace.This room is excellent with a greatclose up view of the cathedralThere isnt a bar but there a plenty close byThe staff were amazing helpful and friendlyHighly recommend

    Great location, clean, lovely staff and wonderful view - just so many positives. Although photos give a good impression of the look and feel, not all rooms have shown layout. Excellent value for money if you want to be just off the beaten track but still near the beating heart of Cadiz.

    Hotel in perfect location for city break in Cadiz

    Good location in heart of old town Cadiz, near to square and Cathedral. Good shower and fluffy towels, queen size comfortable bed and crisp linen. We would stay there again as Cadiz is a wonderful destination. Parking is easy at nearby underground parking with ev chargers ( 3 attempts but got one to work).

    The staff at the reception is superficial, disrespectful and sarcastic towards hotel guests. The hotel’s owner (Osvaldo) was aggressive for the most meaningless reasons, without any sort of respect or boundary towards other guests in the establishment. I have travelled the world and been in hundreds of hotels, and I have never seen anything like this.Places like this ruin the amazing vibe of the city of Cadiz. Unless you want to be verbally abused, shouted at and treated extremely badly, do not go here. Cadiz offers WAY better and welcoming solutions, where you can feel treated as a normal guest. Leandro Lopez Bragaña, Dueño at BYPILLOW Tiento, responded to this review You talk about disrespect but you don't describe those meaningless reasons. Use Tripadvisor now to damage our image for free. We inform you that our staff has a good reputation among their clients. You can check it yourself. Please don't forget to close the door when you leave.

    Good Cadiz hotel

    Well situated hotel, only a stroll from the train station and central for getting around Cadiz. Nice spacious room with rooftop terrace facing the cathedral.Nice bathroom with good shower and good range of toiletries.Decent continental breakfast in the morning with good coffee.Walking distance to a large selection of bars and restaurants and easy access to Caleta and Victoria beaches.
