    A group of 25 senior citizens originating from Tenerife, Canary Island, arrived at this hotel on 11/05/24round 8-9pm local time.Female front desk refused to accommodate two of the group guests, complaining about the room was hot, the A/C was not functioning, she refuse " the customer is always right".The female front desk insulted the intelligence of the patrons thru her comments to them.Between the group leader and members, rooms were change to #408 still the room was hot the A/C did not function, the front desk abuse the group guest stating, "you do not like it here leave".If you are insulten dependent and need to have it refrigerated, rooms do not offer small refrigerators, insulins are kept in the front desk locked room, NO front desk associates.A/C in the room did not function till 4 am the following morning.No small refrigeratorNo Fans AvailableRude Front Desk NightMake Up Mirror two way did not Function

    Well stay. Good location. Good facilities. Good relation quality - price.Staff very kind. Breakfast complete buffet.The spa zone is really pleasant, quiet and enough circuit to clear your mind and body.The room was so great, but I still don't understand why the pillows are NORMAL cotton!!!.Please, start using visco-latex.!!!Regards

    Very clean, excellent service. I was a bit weary to book here because of its proximity to a road, but it's very quiet. The rooms are very clean and have a decent size. The spa is wonderful, although you have to pay extra for it. Unfortunately we couldn't use the gym because it was out of order.

    Before traveling to the more popular parts of Spain we decided to stop of for a few days in the north after arriving by ferry at Santander.We chose Hotel Felisa Spa and were so glad we did, perfect to visit the historic Santillana Del Mar and the beach resort of Suances, a bigger, cleaner beach than this will be difficult to find. Hotel location is about a 30 minute drive from Santander.The hotel is very peaceful in a very quiet location surrounded by lovely countryside. Staff were very friendly and most helpful and our stay has been great.Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style, choice is excellent and the quality of the food very good.We have been very impressed with this part of Spain and would have no hesitation coming back to the area and using Hotel Felisa Spa again.

    Found this hotel by accident and were delighted with what we found. This hotel is privately owned and the staff go to great lengths to make you stay a good one.Used by coach tours in the spring and autumn, they were surprisingly busy for mid October. Food in the restaurant was good and served buffet style. A similar buffet for breakfast with perhaps the slowest toaster in Spain!Our room was large and scrupulously clean. As a bonus their was a large whirlpool tub which our son took to like a duck to water. We will return again when next in the area.
