    Friendliness, Good Service and Suitable Facilities

    We are a marriage that we stayed from September 16 to 21, inclusive. It's a family hotel where the relationship flows instantly. From the reception, the room, the food, is a buffet, and the treatment were excellent. I recommend it to anyone. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. View originals.

    Over all lovely hotel. Staffs are all very helpful. Our room was spacious. The pool is small but the very close to the beach. My only negative point is a bed. the bed doesn’t have a mattress protector but has one thin bed sheet. the duvet is also the same one thin sheet. The bed linen can be improved. Other than that, the staffs are all very friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous lunch there. We had paella etc. My top meal during my holiday.

    Average hotel spent 5 days with a group of friends at the end of the season. For that reason service and staff were at a low. Food was mediocre and at times not to my liking.You need to have transport otherwise would be at a loss as the center of anything is a good 30 min walk.

    Had a great week.Staff very helpful despite our lack of spanish. Traditional spanish hotel. Very clean. Loved the pool. Fantastic location. Our teenage daughter went to esr surf school short walk away each day . Loved it. Great choice of restaurants. Great atmosphere in hotel for football games my husband enjoyed supporting Bilbao. Beautiful Beach across from hotel. Perfect.

    Family hotel, positioned on the sea front. Small pool and lots of sunbeds.Breakfast was ok-choice of pastries, cooked meats and cheeses.The rooms are very dates, ceiling fan-no air con so it can get hot in the room.Overall, a good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights
