    Excellent Stay ...

    rating04 May 2026

We stayed at the Vintage Lisbon for a couple of days during our trip to Lisbon. Its a beautiful small hotel with some beautiful decor, impeccable service and great facilities. Its around a 15-20 min walk to the centre where most of the action happens ..Its a downhill walk from the hotel but the walk back can be a bit of a struggle if you have been walking all day as you will be walking a lot in Lisbon as its known as the city of 7 hills :). The room we stayed in was pretty good and spacious with all the facilities needed ..They also have the mini-bar, complimentary drinks etc and sweets and custard tarts keep coming regularly :) Service is excellent throughout (Special call out to Catarina who was always available and checking on us regularly during our stay) and one of the best I have seen (And I have stayed at a lot of Hiltons). We didnt use the spa / sauna services etc but have heard good things about it.Overall would happily recommend the hotel when in Lisbon.

    First class Service

    rating30 Apr 2026

My husband & I spent 5 nights at the Vintage, Lisbon. From the moment, we arrived the staff were so welcoming and helpful. All staff from those on reception, to those serving in the restaurant were so customer focused. The location was good, about a 15 min walk to the centre or 5 min walk to the Avenida metro station. It takes about 15 mins to walk to the point where a lot of day tours depart from. The walk is downhill to the centre, a bit of a climb back up the hill at the end of the day. Although Ubers/Taxis are plentiful. The rooftop bar is lovely. It is fairly small but drinks and food are good. It was a first class experience and I would definitely go back to this hotel. Nick Roucos, General Manager at The Vintage Lisbon, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful feedback regarding your recent stay with us.We are also delighted that you found our location convenient for exploring the city, as well as enjoying the charm of Lisbon’s surroundings. We hope to see you again soon.Kind Regards,The Vintage Team

    Almost Heaven

    rating30 Apr 2026

What a great find! A week before check-in, reception contacted me to ask about what time I would be arriving, and if there was anything I needed to accommodate my stay. At check-in, I was greeted by the wonderful staff at reception, especially by Micael, And Juan, who were always there if anything was needed.Arrived to a beautiful room, spotless and with complimentary wine, snacks and a nice view. The room was much larger than I expected and was very comfortable. The full bath with bidet, separated by a rainfall shower was so delightful…after a long travel day.As I had a tour the following day, I couldn’t get an Uber as there was a strike and the roads were blocked with traffic jams everywhere.Caterina Jesus, came to my rescue and walked me down to another hotel to get a Taxi, so I wouldn’t be late! She was able to arrange my way with the driver, and I was there in 5 minutes!! I came to learn from the driver that only Taxi’s can drive in the bus lanes and get around traffic as they have a special license! Great lesson learned about getting around the city, as the Uber seemed to cost more than the Taxi!! I hope to return there soon and I will always remember this special place ❤️ Nick Roucos, General Manager at The Vintage Lisbon, responded to this review Dear Barbara Mommsen,Thank you for your kind and thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to us to know that your stay was so enjoyable. We are delighted that our team, made such a positive impression and were able to assist you when needed.
