70 non-smoking rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Great hotel, superb views

    My stay at the hotel was part of a coach holiday from the UK. The hotel was excellent, my room was great - on the 3rd floor with sea views and balcony. The hotel gardens were lovely, but it is a steep climb down to the private beach via uneven steps without hand rails. However the local beach and coves were only a short walk away and were outstanding. The food was good quality, with a wonderful choice for breakfast and all evening meals very enjoyable. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful, as well as the reception staff, and my room was kept spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and although there were 2 weddings, there was no noise problem in my room.The gardens and swimming pool are maintained to a high standard and very picturesque.I would recommend this hotel as good value for money

    We holidayed in Spain on a coach holiday with a local company we use offer . The hotel was wonderful situated over looking a king beach and river . The food in the hotel varied from fish to pork and paella all served by a great bunch of waiters . !!!

    It’s not the most attractive hotel but it is in a great position close to the beautiful beach and with good car parking. The rooms are twin beds pushed together but the beds were comfortable enough. The major problem was that the air conditioning didn’t work and although the weather wasn’t particularly hot, it still made for an uncomfortable night. The linen was okayish, but the towels poor. There was a safe and minibar (soft drinks) in the room. For the price - €100, it was good value but I wouldn’t want to stay there for more than a couple of nights.

    We were a coach trip of 48 and had a fabulous 7 night stay at this hotel and the location is amazing, the rooms were excellent plus the facilities. But what made the experience for us was the incredible friendly staff who were so hospitable and the wonderful food that we had.Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying or touring Cantabria

    Terrible dirty hotel and service from the manager diabolical

    4 stars I think not! Awful run down, dirty hotel even the rooms were unclean! We went for a snack to be told there were none, restaurant is closed! And then 10 mins later the waitress ran up to me and said we could have a sandwich!The worst service I've ever received from the hotel manager. I booked a double room for 2 nights but when we got there it was 2 single beds! I tried to resolve the issue with the hotel receptionist but was told there were no doubles for the first night but was for the second. I decided to cancel and go elsewhere but was told I would be charged for the lot even though this was not what I'd paid for. The manager was extremely unhelpful and just argued that this was the normal at this hotel that you get what you get and that was it! We left the hotel and have now raised a dispute with the bank and the hotel!Stay away from this awful hotel, I would never recommend it to anyone 😡
