Location

This hotel is centrally situated in a quiet location on a hill. The tourist centre of Lloret de Mar offers scores of shops and other entertainment venues, just 200 metres away. It is approximately 250 m to the stunning sandy beach. There is a bus stop located 500 m from the hotel and Gerona airport is 40 km away and Barcelona is 80 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 6 junior suites and 174 double rooms located in a 6-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Well honestly I think the hotel is beautiful, the hotel itself is lovely and clean ! And the rooms were cleaned everyday ! We got fresh towels every day and our bed changed twice when we was there (10 nights).. sometimes I think if you treat people nicely they treat you nicely too.Check in was fast and easy ❤️ and the reception staff was fine with us ! And there 24/7. Always helpful too us! My daughter has a disability pram and literally the first day it broke and needed a bolt and screw ! Reception got Super Mario (the fix it guy) and he fixed it no trouble and made sure it was all secure! We was so so grateful ❤️and we booked the spa there for one morning was lovely ! And again no problem too the staff ! Bar staff was constantly working ! Cleaning and making sure everyone was served! And was dead happy and nice to me and my family ! ❤️ yes they do serve the paying customers first but yeno that’s what they are probably told to do ! And at the end of the day you can wait 2mins for a drink ! We can have as many as we wanted ! Never a problem but it did make you feel like a second class citizen as we have paid too! But like I said there probably the staff rules❤️Snack bar by the pool my kids loved it hahaha ! Again all made fresh and not warmed up .. did take a while to make but yeno it was freshly made to order! For everyone! And the fella was a bit quiet but that’s just the way he is ! Always nice to me again because I was polite and nice to him❤️Kids entertainment was a bit rubbish am sorry to say ! But yeno they was happy to just have a little dance of an evening! The shows started late 9.30pm some of them and 10pm for others which I think was too late for children! But each to there own❤️The restaurant was lovely we enjoyed all the food each night and was given a drink of choice with my meal and the kids ! Which was great ! Sangria was lovely in there ! breakfast was nice of a morning (when I got up 🤣) just a bit of a que to get a tea or coffee but whatever! Everyone is in the same boat… Cakes cakes and more cakes omg they was delicious! ❤️and again all the staff were lovely and kind and all working so hard ! I thanked the cooking staff each day as they’re always forgotten about ! Again thank you❤️The lifts are a pain like as you have to go and down too each floor 🤣 and people who can clearly walk or whatever use them to go from one level to another which would be faster walking up the stairs, when you have a wheelchair or disability pram or something you have to wait … but it’s just one of them things the staff or hotel can’t be blamed for that ! ❤️Pools were fab ! The slides were a massive hit for the kids ! And the games room was a bonus! They loved it ! Never had a problem getting a sun-bed anytime of day, but we do prefer to sit on chairs by the pool to watch the kids and there was plenty of them too ! ❤️I honestly think the hotel was nice , just some of the guests were rude or whatever but again you can’t blame the hotel for that ! It’s like they have never seen a disabled child or any child in that manner! If you don’t like the sound of children laughing or playing go to an adult only hotel , every child I met on holiday was gorgeous! And so kid and lovely ! Think people forget what it’s like to have kids or be a kid !❤️We would go back again as it was lovely and so close to shops and the beach etc that’s what makes it special !     Hi i normally dont write reviews but i felt i had to after reading some of the reviews last month or so they are not through in my opinion. we booked through love holiday 2 rooms for 6 nights ALL inclusive for 4 Adults and 2 kids rooms were spacious and very clean, Cleaned very morning fresh towels and shampoo soap etc. Food in restaurant was lovely waiter even dropped drinks to your table which was nice touch.plenty to choose from. The bar staff were very friendly and service was quick even with long que went fast. The cocktails were made fresh not the normal machine type also in proper glasses which again was nice touch. The evening entertainment was excellent very night and there was good day time games for the younger kids.We had access to the spa every day as well lovely heated indorr pool steam room sauna Jaccuzzi. We stayed on the third floor right beside the bar & pool which was very handy. The day befor we came home there was a leak in our room coming from the ceiling i went to reception to report it and withing 3 minutes 2 people came up and looked at it the room above us left the tap on overflowed into our room we were moved into new room within 10 minutes no hassell at all very quick to responed.overall myself and family had lovely time and will 100% return honest review so dont look a the negitve reviews Hotel Seleqtta, Marketing at Alba Seleqtta Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for sharing such a detailed, positive experience, especially to balance out what you felt were unfair negative reviews.We really appreciate your kind words and we look forward to welcoming you again soon!

    I was quite disappointed with my stay. Some orange juice was spilled on the bed, but instead of changing the sheets, they just made the bed again. Several of the towels had stains, and the room didn’t feel properly cleaned. It was also very noisy in the hallways, which made it hard to relax. Also, one of the mornings, the cleaning staff woke me up at 8:30 am. The location was fine, but overall the standard didn’t match the price.     I had to leave a review as I think the negative reviews are reallyUnfair and had me worried before we went. Glad I didn’t listen. We were all inclusive and couldn’t fault anything. The service was lovely and we were served in a. Timely manner with friendly helpful staff. They worked constantly and kept everything clean and tidy. The snack bar was available all day with fresh food cooked as you liked and unlimited crisps. Olives and nuts which was a nice touch. Couldn’t fault the food and served drinks to your table at lunch and dinner which again doesn’t usually happen at all inclusive. The rooms were spacious and cleaners were in ever single day making beds etc. Spa was great and got free use for 1 hour per day which we loved. The entertainment was not the best as it wasn’t in season but for what we wanted it was great. Close to Everything and enough out the way to relax too. If we were to return I would have no hesitation to revisit. Pic nic was made up for us travelling to the airport with fresh food made for us at no extra cost or hassle. It was a really enjoyable stay and no one had any complaints even the two teenagers! I honestly don’t know what people expect. Also you get 50% discount on drinks if you fancy a premium cocktail which I felt was very reasonable. The choices for allInclusive drinks and food was great and served in glass tumblers at night which I loved! Glad we didn’t listen.     Absolutely not 4* more of a 2 star. We were half board. The reviews you see of the food online are not true. It’s awful. We don’t even get a drink with the food you have to pay for a bloody drink! It’s awful! Not even a glass of water with your meal. Wanted to£550 to upgrade to all inclusive glad we didn’t now!
