Location

This apartment complex is located in the lively centre of Lloret de Mar just across the coastal road and promenade from the long sandy beach. Within the complex itself, guests will find various shopping and entertainment facilities. Links to the public transport network are only about 100 m away. Gerona Airport can be reached by car in about 40 min.

Facility

20 apartments and 9 studios are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, medical assistance and a conference room. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).

Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The apartment hotel has family rooms and 29 non-smoking rooms.

Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. A dance club offers additional entertainment.

    We did not expect luxury and chose it for it's location, "on the beach" as advertised. However, our balcony overlooked the backyard with underground garbage bins that were emptied at 5.50 a.m. Delivery vans and scooters were driving around there all night long. "A balcony" was actually a 1m2 cell with room for one chair. There was no drying rack in the apartment and we hanged our wet beach towels on the balcony. Exactly 3 minutes later there was a lady from the reception at the door who told us that it's not allowed and we had to remove them. There is absolutely no possibility to dry your stuff there. They save on everything. Low pressure hot water, hair dryer that does not dry and other things that are supposed to make a stay comfortable. We were leaving early in the morning at 5.00 a.m. in such a hurry that I forgot some jewellery (Escada watch, silver earrings and a couple of other things of less value) on the bedside table. Remembered that in the transfer bus and sent a message to the apartment administration right away. At 7.12 a.m. we called the reception and asked the receptionist to come and collect the jewellery and at 7.32 heard back that she did not find it. So everything vanished from the locked apartment between 5.00 a.m. and 7.32 a.m. before cleaning. My advice, stay away from that place. There are enough decent tourist accommodations in Lloret de Mar.

    Set in a cracking location, close to everything that you could need. The apartment has everything that you could possibly need with a good size balcony and fantastic sea view. The staff were friendly and very helpful, would definitely stay here again.

    This was not a good experience, it smells bad on the toilet, sewage smell. And the people who work here isn’t helpful at all and they also bring bad athmosphere. The view, however, was nice. And it was good that it was close to everything. All in all i don’t recommend staying here.

    I was very disappointed with this place, soon as we arrived there was a young fella on reception that couldn’t speak a word of English, we was charged 100 euros which we wasn’t told about when we booked, you have to pay for a cleaner again we wasn’t told about, the place stinks of smoke even though your not allowed to smoke in the building, there’s no air con in our room, beds are a sofa and a put up bed. The only good side is where it’s situated.
