  worst place ive ever stayed dont call this hotel more like hostel

  asked for balcony as I was on my own and didn't go out at night arrived to find balcony just big enough to put feet on but not a chair was told I had to pay 120euros deposit for room which I knew nothing about ,then 8 euros for sheets and towels which I had to keep all wk uck , then I had to make my bed no maid service all week , told had to put own rubbish out which was right over other side of buliding no kettle in room , pool only big enough to get 5 people around it no bar no where to eat no reception after 8 at night til 8 in morning room was mouldy shower head blocked what more can I say

  The staff would ask for money for every service even for changing the towels and bed sheets.There was no AC in the apartment so you'd have to slowly cook in the heat.The apartment was situated in a very bad zone, the streets at night were loud and dirty.

  these apartments are good enough for a cheap holiday away,their nothing special.i thought they are in a good location out the way of the busy streets and noise and not a million miles from the beach.there isn't any air con the rooms are more than adequete for 2-3 adults(2 single beds in 1 room and bed in lounge).i wouldn't take children here i would pay more and find a better place. there was3 of us staying here and we basically used it as a cheap base for barcelona which is very easy to reach from here,llorret bus station up to blanes and then hop on train straight to barcelona return trip for both 12euros. staff at hotel are friendly and helpful and someone is there 24hrs. i would recommend to a friend if they wanted no frills and quiet location.but you will get the odd drunks coming past the streets in the night and making noise but nothing i couldn't cope with

  Do NOT stay here if you want clean towels and bedsheets EVER!!

  We booked this hotel with Thomas cook, who had assured us it was a 5 star hotel. Upon arrival we could tell it was not even a 1 star hotel.We stayed here for our 2nd honeymoon. Yuck. We had clean towels and bedsheets the 1st day only!! They would NOT give us dry towels or sheets, even at our request throughout our stay. Our room was below ground floor level and the shower would flood every time we used it. We had to use our towels to mop up and dry the floor, so we wouldn't slip on the tiles. They wouldn't give us new dry towels. Not once!We had no balcony as we were in basement level, so towels never dried.Our room did have a couple of windows which were a few inches tall, and located about a foot from the ceiling with bars over them. The first evening there, our room was very warm and stuffy we slid the windows ajar as much as we could for some fresh air to come in, but around 2am -3am when everyone would be coming home from their night out. Those windows which were high up in our room, were at the floor level outside on the street, hence we got smashed broken bottle come in through the window at one point, then someone decided to take a pee which also came in through the window at another. So the windows had to be closed for the rest of our visit.The hotel manager, or even the reps from Thomas Cook would not help or move us to another room. We had twin beds that could not be put together, the matresses were the quality of what you might find on a camp ground, not that of any hotel.If you don't mind going to the laundrymat on your vacation, or being in a wet dungeon, then you won't mind it here. Otherwise, save your money and go elsewhere.

  one word really"crap"

  appts dirty,sheets or towels never changed(my son had been sick on bed b4 they would let me have clean sheets and i had to demand them)leaky fridge only nothing was done about that.we asked to be moved to another room with balcony were told we would be charged more and then they didnt get back to us about it anyway.outside of this was fine just hated having to go back to it at night and couldnt wait to get home.not reccommended.
