  very spacious rooms. comfartable beds. great shower. friendly staff even though its not 24hr reception someone always at the other end of the phone to help. we are back in september with the family this time.x

  Flew to barca, took 5 hrs to arrive at 10pm at Apartments AR Santa Anna II. Was charged 15€ for late checkin, not my fault but not theres either so fair do's. Charged 120€ deposit. I was meant to be in a studio but got a 5 bedroom with a massive veranda due to them being out of rooms..bonus!!We knew what to expect as its a self catering, self serviced apts. However, the room was great, clean, had microwave, oven cups etc. No kettle but i took my own. Very friendly service and staff. Can be a little noisy but so were the all inclusive opposite and they didnt pay £200 for a week.Location is perfect, left to fennals beach, bus stop a stones throw. Bars and a lovely indians close by.Dont expext the ritz, its a cheap apartment thats a decent base for yous to travel about. After hearing stories in the AI of burglaries, fights , poor food etc, i definitely made the right choice. Was meant to be out at 10 but the lovely lady on reception let us keep it until 12. Would definitely return

  Stayed here for 3 nights, very much enjoyed the room, good size with kitchen and balcony, staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is nicely located on the edge of the centre and short walks from everything. My only moan is the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, I would certainly use this hotel again

  Very basic...not a problem. Reception only open 9am to 8pm. If you arrive after 8pm you get charged a late check in fee. After paying that you get hit with a €50 deposit each. You have to pay for sheets and towels. If you check out before 9am you are charged an early check out fee too.Rooms are ok....not 100% clean.We didn't eat and drink in the apartments but if you intend to then take a travel kettle. Quite noisy at nights too. We left at 6am and there was people in the corridors drinking coming home after the night out. Lloret de MAR is a lovely place.

  Should have done my homework but on google there are pics of a santa anna 11 hotel with a pool, so I was very disappointed there wasn't one. In fact there's not really anything. No bar, restaurant or even public toilets, just a reception desk and two vending machines. The room itself was fine, no kettle or toaster though as they are too dangerous?? No oven, no towel changes unless you pay, take your own rubbish out, clean your own room. Hoping to get my 120 euros back. This should not be advertised on a holiday website where I found it as it is not a holiday hotel, it's not even a hotel.The reception is only 24 hours during July and August other wise it is only open from 9am-11am and then 4pm to 8pm which is not good if you arrive out of those hours which we did- 2pm. We had to wait 2 hours to check into our rooms. The emergency telephone numbers do not get answered and there wasn't even a toilet my son could use while we waited.I did check out trip advisor prior to booking as I usually do, although I didn't scrutinize the pics for a pool, I googled it. There are many good reviews for this hotel but wish someone would have written plainly that there is NO POOL! So I am doing this. Didn't stop us from having a great holiday, beach, shops, bars, etc all close by and would definitely return to Llorett just not this hotel.
