  BEST HOTEL!

  this hotel was the nicest and cleanest place i’ve ever stayed in! staff was lovely and helpful from check in to check out! and for people saying the beds are not comfortable i thought they was the most comfortable sleep ! i didn’t find it was too loud but what to you expect staying around hotels, definitely recommend and will be back!

  What an absolutely shocking hotel, from the moment my daughter and her friend arrived it’s been nothing but problems. Checking in the hotel man on the desk was rude loud and offensive to the girls. As I was on FaceTime to them helping with the check in situation. The weren’t made aware of an 100€ deposit, while trying to ask if this would be returned. He got quite rude. Then on check out theyve gone to ask for the deposit back and for some bizarre reason this isn’t working now. And asked to try again tomorrow. When they fly out today

  More like a HOSTEL than a Hotel. STAY AWAY- STAFF ARE TERRIBLE AND ROOM IS NO BETTER

  Hotel and Stuff are disgusting!!! Being on Facetime with my daughter whilst checking in and hearing first hand how the male receptionist was SHOUTING at her when she asked if the deposit was refundable, he would never speak to a man this way but felt it acceptable to intimidate two 19 yr old girls. And now its check out time and guess what...... Refund isnt working, they are now told he will try and do it in a couple of days!!!! Wowcher were called on checkin as the £100 deposit was. never agreed between Wowcher and hotel and guess what,,,,,,, male receptionist (Jose) refused to speak with them on the phone. All in all this hotel is a definate STAY AWAY FROM. The safe in the room had no lock mechinisium therefore couldnt use. the room was 'freezing' because the balcony doors had a large gap causing the outside air to come through. The room had a squashed flat spider on the kitchen area wall that appeared to be there for sometime and the room itself was more like a hostel. We had no expectations as this was a last minute cheap little get a way using WOWCHER, however this is the extreme! It wouldnt have been so bad if the staff were helpful but he did everything in his power to shout, be rude and intimidate two 19 year olds.

  Good price, well located but extremely noisy with thin walls and poor insulation.

  Positives:Friendly staff at check inCutlery, microwave and fridge freezerWell located in town centreCleanBalconyComfortable bed and essential furniture, table, 2 chairs.Nice powerful and warm shower.Negatives:Very noisy with extremely neighbour till 5am 1 night and delivery people with noisy mopeds always parked downstairs awaiting to deliver foodVery poor wall insulationVery erratic wi-fiUnfriendly staff at check outLack of essentials: no toaster, no towels, no soap, no condiments. Had to buy all of thoseNo bedside tableLack of free parkingNo TV channelsNo comfortable sofa.No chair on balcony (room next door had one).

  Worst place I ever stayed in

  Stayed there in January. Absolutely terrible. When we arrived beds weren’t made and were given these thick wolly blankets that probably had flees. No soap or hand towels in bathroom. Kettle wasn’t usable, all rust in the kettle. So noisy and so uncomfortable. Would not recommend - motorbikes kept us up all night. We stayed there one night and couldn’t do the other 2 so we moved down to Apartment Venecia - absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend but as for this place. Disaster
