Location

This apartment complex is located in the centre of Lloret de Mar. Public transport also departs from stops just steps away and restaurants, nightclubs and shops are to be found within a similar distance of the complex. In addition, the beach is only a few metres away.

Facility

The apartment complex has 41 apartments, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance and a laundry service. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The complex has family rooms and 41 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the complex ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, fishing and horse riding. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include bowling and squash. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

    DONT STAY !!!!They steal your deposit !!!

    Deposit was 150 euros on arrival but didn’t tell me that on there website, room dirty , didn’t tell us receptionist only works 6 hours a day if their not there u don’t get your 150 euros back so if u have a early or late flight home u have no chance. We emailed them to bank transfer it but made some crappy excuse saying we left it dirty even know we tidy it up with good will . Last time I checked the cleaners get paid to do that ! It’s a total scam

    My friend stayed here for a long weekend. We received a nice upgrade from studio to an apartment at check in. Very nice. The balcony has an amazing beach view. Location is perfect. Just across the beach and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. One of the nicest places I have been in lloret, highly recommended.

    My 3 friends and I booked these apartments very last minute as we decided we wanted to go to Lloret de Mar for the good clubs and pubs and WOW what an amazing holiday! As soon as we arrived the staff were so friendly and check in was very smooth. Was a nice surprise to have our room upgraded to one with a balcony looking out onto the sea too for no reason at all, just a lovely surprise! Throughout our stay the staff were so helpful especially when we were wanting to do a tour of Barcelona, they arranged it for us and filled us in in everything we needed to know. The apartments were clean, toilet filled with towels with plenty of room for my friends and I. We heard no noise from within the apartment itself, only some from the busy street with nightlife outside however was to be expected, so maybe not ideal for families with young children. The pool was lovely with enough sun loungers and an amazing view. I would really recommend these apartments if you are looking for a fun weekend away in Lloret De Mar with your friends!     Great stag location!!!

    13 lads stayed here for a stag doo at the start of July. Apartment is a great location can be very noisy due to its beach front location, we didnt mind as we were out all day and all night. Roof top pool was great. Staff were very helpful and accomodating, would highly recommend. Please note you will need to pay a 100 euro safety deposit per room which you get back if there is no damage to the room. we made sure the rooms were in good condition removed all rubbish as we did not have the room cleaned during the weekend we stayed.

    Stayed with group of girls, had 2 apartments. One good size apartment that sleeps 4 with excellent views of the sea front and one studio that sleeps 2, no balcony and view of building opposite (which is made clear when you book so we expected this). The whole place was spotless ! Staff were friendly and helpful. A deposit was taken on arrival and refunded once rooms checked prior to leaving. (worked out at 35 euro each for 6 of us). The only negative was the noise at night but thats to be expected given the location of the apartments is right on the front near to bars and nightclubs. Personally I wouldnt stay here with family as most of the guests are groups of young lads / girls who like to party so quite noisy until the early hours. Pool area is clean, small pool but ample sunbeds / chairs. We would definately stay here again if we were to return to Llorett de Mar.
