Location

This complex is situated in the tourist centre, close to the sandy beach (approx. 150 m away). Scores of shops, lively bars, nightclubs, restaurants and links to the public transport network are to be found in the hotel's immediate vicinity. Empuriabrava is situated in the north of the Costa Brava, around 40 km from the French border and 160 km from Barcelona. Girona Airport is 60 km away.

Facility

250 apartments are available to guests. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. With snorkelling or, for a fee, windsurfing, motorboat rides, sailing and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis and billiards or, for a fee, a gym, bowling and squash. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Great place to stay

    The place is beautiful and in a wonderful location. I went with my mother and 2 children and the room was big enough and we had a pool directly outside our room which the kids liked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the drawbacks were that the wifi didn't work, I ended up going to reception to tell them, and the nice staff member logged me into the reception wifi. It only worked at reception but worked all the same. I discovered later that the main hotel wifi worked if I was standing in a particular position on the deck. There was no dishwashing liquid, soap or dish brush to wash dishes with, but the hotel does provide some cooking utensils. OverAll a great place to stay and would recommend :)

    very average, average service, and some good deal to catch ( Sunday nite 70% off, if no holidays after.average choice. we had some wter problems, the electricity was on and off and the wifi service is not working !!!

    What an awful set of apartments the noise just travelled through the block. They might have 3 pools but they didn't clean them in the week i was just there, their was DOG POO on the side of one pool & it was left there for 3 days even when i told one of the pool attendants it just got left, the shower in our apartment was a waist of time & the bath was the size of a sink, also they removed the wall heaters for our apartment but left the brackets on the wall, not a good idea as they have sharp corners on them. Three days in to our holiday the they closed the restaurant & we couldn't get any pool side drinks, we were told to go to the shopping area to the local bars.

    This was an awful apartment, the smell from the toliets, the top bunk bed not attached fell down on my child below, wall sockets not attached so they come out of the wall, TV not working, the showers awful if you have 45 minutes to try an find the optimum setting so that you do not get burnt of freeze to death go for it.!! No Air con very hot in the summer, a very old tried apartment that has no updating in a very long time. I gave up complaining but will never be back.

    Football team that was here in the first of April: We were at a fourmensroom and even when the first shower using warm water, there was barely enough water to the No. 2 and No. 3 and 4 had to shower in cold water. The food was bad. For breakfast they served the driest bread sandwich I've ever tasted and light sandwiches. For dinner and lunch, it was the same deep-fried dishes and chips. Most were poor in the stomach of all the bright food. The glasses were almost never completely clean and it ended up that most took your own bottle to the food. The only place with the internet in the lobby. Very bad network, but a plus is that the Internet was free. Not allowed to sit long in reception. The foodhostes can only speak Spanish. General the spanish people expects that you'll understand Spanish and will be frustrated if not. Lack of toilet paper each day. Very listeners in the apartments. Positive was that even though we were in the 1st floor there were no insects or animals got into the room, not far from the beach, okay patio by the pool and close to supermarket and town center.
