This apartment hotel is situated in a lively street, surrounded by pine trees and is around 900 m to the sandy beach. There is a restaurant directly in front of the hotel and in a number of minutes guests will reach the local public transport, which is only 200 m from the hotel, as well as plenty of bars and nightclubs located slightly further away.

118 rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine.     Very nice and relaxing apartment in winter

    The rate/quality price is excellent. We booked two apartments and both were very well equipped (especially the big eating room zone, which was very comfortable). The kitchen also was very well equipped and we could dinner in the room. The place was very quiet (in February) and very nice to relax and do excursions to Pals Beach. Very well located. The reception staff was very friendly and we could arrive before the time and do the check out late (low season).On the other hand, it is a bit far from any opened supermarket (low season).

    The apartment is located in Platja de Pals, near the town called Pals in the Costa Brava, in Girona Province, in the North of Catalonia.The rate quality/price is very good. Full apartment for 5 persons, which was big with 2 rooms, 1 eating-room, a little kitchen and a bathroom. The apparent has all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. A place very nice with very beautiful views at the back. Also, there is a good bar next to the aparthotel.On the other hand, the toilet lost water and the staff could not repair it.

    We had a two bed apartment with kitchen facilities, which was excellent. Very comfortable room and a good sized area. Nice long balcony. Happy to recommend this as a good place to say in Pals. Note, no dining facilities or breakfast. However, a café for a reasonable breakfast was next door. We took a taxi to a restaurant called Les Dunes, which we can highly recommend - great fish restaurant.

    We have no complaints about the hotel itself but we chose to go at the wrong time of the year. The hotel restaurant and all other nearby restaurants were closed . The nearest supermarket is 2 kms away so we felt rather cut off but ,of course, this is not the hotel's fault.The hotel itself is good with nice spacious , well equiped rooms. There is a pleasant garden with an attractive pool. The staff were all helpful and kind.However, the situation is not ideal if you want to go to the beach.

    Arriving at the hotel we got the first bad impression, which was the extremely long time it took to be checked in. There were 4 or 5 groups in front of us, but it took over 45 minutes to reach the desk, where 1 person was shuffling with a lot of papers to perform basic check ins. He was friendly and did his best, but come on, 45 minutes?? The room basic, outdated but reasonably clean. Tiny tv that didn't switch on (batteries in de remote were finished, but we didn't bother to change them. Room quite spacious which was good, unfortunately we were on the road-side and suffered from some noise. As it was quite cold there was no heating in the room, but for the summer there's an AC. Bed was ok, a little hard, but clean and good pillows. Unfortunately the walls were thin and a stag party woke us up at 3:00 in the morning. Breakfast service not worth it, your breakfast is rationed (with the excuse of covid) and limited choice, although the bread was ok and the mini-croissants as well. Service terribly slow once again. I would recommend to get fresh breakfast at the supermarket 1 minute away from the hotel. The garden and pool looked nice, although we checked it out very briefly as it was too cold to swim. In general the hotel had a strong 90's vibe, but has been stuck in that era for too long. It's a shame because with a bit of renovation of the rooms, making the breakfast area appear less like a prison-cantine and quicker service, the hotel would have potential to be a good family-hotel. For a romantic couple's getaway I would definitely stay clear of this hotel as it is at the moment.
