Location

This hotel is located directly next to a sandy beach, separated from it by only a promenade, directly at the heart of the tourist centre of Santa Susana. There are restaurants and bars located in the immediate vicinity, while the nearest nightclubs are approximately 1 km away.

Facility

3 single rooms and 347 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools (for a fee). Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, archery, fishing and horse riding. With windsurfing, sailing, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Holding a conference at aquahotel onabrava

    In may 2026, I had the pleasure to host a scientific meeting at aquahotel onabrava and spa for 4 days. From the beginning of the process (renting the meeting room, ordering the food and refreshments etc) the interactions were always highly professional effective and friendly. All the organization was taken care beautifully by the team of the hotel. The participants were raving about the venue setup and the level of service and comfort provided, and required to hold additional events at the same place. The convention was a success and was the clear result of the professionalism of the hotel team. At a personal note, I would like to thank Moises, head of the animation team, who gave his heart to arrange all the audio/video/wifi/cables/computer needed for the event. We had many screens and the setup was complicated but Moises fixed it all for us, ensuring smooth presentations during our conference. In addition, I want to thank Albert who took care of the conference room and refreshments/luncheons. Albert was extremely dedicated to the success of our event , kept us well fed, and always made sure we had everything we needed at all time. Thank you so much for hosting this event, it was a great success thanks to you, and I hope to repeat it.

    Perfect choice for a family getaway! We stayed here for a week and everything was top-notch. The kids loved the [pool/play area], and the breakfast had plenty of options for everyone.     This hotel is excellent, one of the great hotels I have visited before. The lobby is great, the bar is great, there is an arcade, there is an outdoor pool, without a heater but you can pay for a heated pool with a sauna and spa. The Restraunt is great, they have really nice food, different options for vegan vegetarian and gluten free foods. There's 2 different types of seafood every day. The ambience of the hotel is also great, the rooms are clean, they're really nice. The bar has good prices, Angelina in the bar is the best:). Come to this hotel, it's really great! The sinks are a bit blocked, if there's too much water you'll have to turn the tap off and let it sink a bit. There is no all inclusive. The location is great, the Rodalies de Catalunya Rl goes to Barcelona and Blanes, and there's also a RGto Maçanet-Massanes which we went. If you are a trainspotter, this hotel is perfect for you! I was one of them, and the trains are frequent. The staff are really nice. There is parking. There are two sides, one in the Santa Susanna Town Centre and the other on a plain road. There is a Carretour and a Lid near the hotel, very handy. Parking is available and you pay for it But overall the hotel is good. There are free drinks and sweets and marshmallows beside reception, perfect if vou are hot.
