    getting realy hacked off, when hotels get a bad reviwes they change their name.

    Stayed at this place with my husband for his last holiday. overall good holiday. good accomadation, but was riped off for 100 euros because we had to leave before 10 in the morning and their office didn't open till later. wrote to the people and they still didn't return deposit also wrote to travel republic when we returned but they put up so many obsticals that i gave up in the end, (after my husband died 14 days after we returned home) by the way this was in september 2009. I am realy angery that these apartments are operating under a different name now they are calling themselves europa sun, (do not confuse these with the europa or loutas apratment /hotel) they are not the same building though they may be operated by the same company. so do your research and make sure that the hotel you want to stay at hasen't had bad reviews under another name. and also don't give up on getting proper redress or answers from your travel company if you arn't up to it get a friend to do it for you. Oh! and i know the apartments are the same because i have the pictures of the apartment and the views to prove it. (can't move a whole building)
