  Only reason youll be disappointed is if you expect more than what you paid for. This is a 3* budget hotel. So dont expect anything more Rooms are basic but cleaned everyday. Ladies friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice from fruit ,yogurt,hot food , eggs, pastries and bread. Only issue i had was i couldnt get s coffee till 8am when restaurant opened 🥺🥺 If you wanting a lay around pool kinda holiday. Maybe not best. As pool is small and pool area doesnt have many beds to size of hotel. But i heard you can use other building. But honestly the beach is 5 mins walk away. And beautiful Noise can be loud at night But luckily once im asleep. I hear nothing. We was bed and breakfast so can’t comment on lunch or dinner. As we choose a budget cheap hotel as just a base. And spent out holiday out and about. But the all inclusive drinks looked like they were good and flowing out. I possibly wouldnt say this hotel is for young families unless using for jus a base and bed. I would go back again and use as bed snd breakfast. Just remember its a cheap budget hotel and you wont be disappointed. And enjoy your holiday.

  Terrible experience, on arrival sent to sister hotel room was tiny and smelt awful a really fishy smell as soon as you got out of lift the smell hit you and obviously carried on into the room, twin beds when clearly booked a double the balcony was tiny and dirty the pool was very rowdy with the all inclusive guests taking full advantage balcony next to us they were clearly smoking cannabis each to there own but I don’t want to be next to it I went down to complain and was basically told it’s 3 star what do you expect!!! I expect comfort clean rooms that smell fresh with some facilities at least but nothing!! I went back to first hotel and asked to be moved which they did move us with no argument, just as well as police and ambulance were at that first hotel at least 3 times in the 7 days we were here, the rooms no better in this hotel but at least it smelt fresh enough. We only went b&b thank god as food was disgusting cold and tasteless so we went out for breakfast after the first day. Don’t waste your money on having food included. The hotel was again very noisy groups of school children booking in daily causing havoc never had such an un relaxing stay in any hotel before would never return!!! On the odd occasion we used the bar the drinks were not up to much and was being charged different prices depending on what staff were working only one decent barman but didn’t get his name he was the only consistent with prices so again would not waste our money when he wasn’t there, would not give more than a 1 star I don’t think we spoke to one person who had anything positive to say about there stay there as all in same boat so that says something

  If you like food and sleep then do NOT go here. Food is disgusting, cold and when we challenged this we got told to warm our food in a microwave! Staff are rude and as helpful as aids :) the rooms are tired and dirty, the walls are made from cardboard and if you like kids banging your doors at all hours then you are in paradise! I would rather lose an eye than go back there, total pit.

  We stayed at this hotel as a group of girls for my friends 40th birthday. We went with the understanding that this is a 3* budget hotel so didn't expect much. We went for the option of all inclusive and the food was awful. Not a lot of choice and cold. Breakfast was often bulked out with what was leftover from the night before one day being pasta and sauce. We went for single occupancy for our rooms and its a good job we did because they are very small and although the room had a balcony it was also very small mine also had some inappropriate graffiti on the wall. The rooms were dirty the shelves in the wardrobe, the bath, the bed sheets and the bedding. My bed was made daily and towels changed but don't think clean sheets were put on. The floor was dirty, at one point my earring fell on the floor under the bed and I was too scared to look under the bed for it. The floor had stains on that stayed there for the whole duration of my stay. The shower ran hot and cold and wouldn't regulate. The walls were paper thin and could literally hear everything from neighbours. Fire alarm randomly sounded one night at like 5am. The pool was small and not enough sunbeds. This resulted in having to queue at 9.30 to ensure you get one. Everywhere just looked tired and dated. The only positives was the WiFi was fast and reliable and the air con worked well.

  Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and 2 adult children and will never return. The hotel itself was clean and tidy but very dated and not much space in the room. The food was barely edible, same thing every day and hardy anything for young children to eat. Please DO NOT bring young children to this hotel it’s not child friendly at all. The noise from other holiday makers was appalling and they just didn’t care about others. The walls were paper thin too!The staff were really friendly and helpful but the security didn’t seem to care about them causing a disturbance and ignored their rude behaviours. If you like a good nights sleep please dont stay here it’s awful. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in
