Warning- do not pay extra to upgrade your accommodation!!!

    rating20 Apr 2026

Warning- do not pay extra to upgrade your accommodation!!!Our friends booked comfort, we decided to opt for Premium and ended up worse off with the same tiny space and a dishwasher instead of an oven. Yes that’s correct a dishwasher with only a hob to cook for 9 days when our friends who paid £100 less had a hob and an oven. They say an oven is not guaranteed but it took no time at all to find us a home with one and believe me we saw plenty during our stay! Our next mistake was believing Eurocamp customer services on-site when they said we could move to a home with an oven (downgrade) and receive the difference in the accommodation refunded back. Buyer beware as Eurocamp are so tightly wound up in fine print they can virtually get away with anything without having to compensate. Customer services are rude and do not put the customer first, they just rely on all the small print to fob you off. Accommodation is extremely cramped, (picture walking like a crab round the outside of beds to reach the wardrobe) and with paper thin walls so unless you enjoy hearing next doors arguments I’d avoid. Sadly had customer services done the honourable thing and refunded the difference as promised, for the price I might have over looked the small size and considered re-booking. I would not risk my money with this company again for fear if we had a worse problem we know our money is gone and I would not put myself through the treatment from customer services again.

    > we arrived at night (10:30pm) with giving prior notice and on arrival were given our keys, next morning had to go to reception to have our passports checked and pay tourist tax and receive wristbands, never recieved linen for the bedding however this was manageable> €15 each for 7 days wifi (not horrible and works all over the campus)> the staff were very accommodating especially the poolside restaurant servers> the groundskeepers patrol multiple times at night (11:30pm or so we noticed) and ensured neighbours kept down noise and music (which was appreciated!)>local on site shop had decent pricing on groceries however paying €10-€15 euro for kid’s lilos, swim goggles etc> entertainment provided is solely in spanish (not a problem)>i was under the impression that we couldn’t go to any discotecas or stroll at night after 12am as wouldn’t get through the gates> mobile home had a lot of equipment, kettle, salad mixer, ice cube tray, cutlery galore, hot water everywhere> poolside was gorgeous and clean

We had a really lovely week. The facilities are great. The staff are very kind and helpful. I have never stayed anywhere like this before and was pleasantly surprised. Have booked Castell Mar and going there in a couple of weeks. It's an hour less drive from home.

Lovely camp , lovely 10 days in the sun.

We had a lovely time at La masia. We stayed at a eurocamp 2 bed comfort. A lovely cabin , clean , plenty of storage, and a home from home. We stayed at cabin 5202. Ideal spot. Central to everything. It was off the main road that leads through the camp. So it was pleasantly quiet, and we slept brilliantly. The pools in the camp are spotless. The whole camp is spotless. Always staff sweeping up or doing something. The staff at the pools are busy , they don't speak much. But we appreciate how busy they are. Rarely waited long for drinks , ice cream, or snacks. The lifeguards are on the lookout at all times and run the pools well. Especially as there were lots of people using the pools. They were stern with their advice when right or wrong. Which I found good. It kept everything in order. Sunbeds were a little issue, but some holiday makers who had plenty of beds were happy to give one up at times. The food was good at the restaurant and not overpriced. The onsite supermarket had everything you needed. We didn't go to the main supermarkets in town. We ate out every other night. There are superb restaurants on the doorstep at other camp. Cheers is a lovely Dutch restaurant outside. And on the sea front. Cal tony is a lovely fish restaurant. We got a land train to Blanes. You can catch that outside Solmar camp next door. €3 per person. Blanes Beach is lovely. We went to marinland for the day. The kids loved it. €11 euro taxi. Free bus home at 6 pm outside. Well, it's worth a visit. The shows there are superb. The strip outside the camp has everything. Shops , restaurants, bars , souvenir shops. This place has everything. We will return one day.

very friendly team in the reception, clean and well looked after site, lovely little shop, tried both the restaurant and cafe for food , well priced and good foodI booked 3 units two casta blanca and 1 v5, all good and clean, ours needed a new fridge but it was sorted quicklittle parks for kidstwo outdoor pools with kids area's but this was the only downside on the site 'because they really need another pool, they are pretty full all the time, no chance of a good swim but good for cooling downwe did not try the indoor pool so can not commentshort walks to busy cafe's restaurants, bar etcshort walk to beaches with plenty of activitiesgood choice of food places, we tried different ones every night, just wasnt keen on the fish restaurant though bit over priced for dishes you can make at homethe sea ! this def had a big downside, the beaches are great reasonably priced brolly and bed, but pick your time to go in the sea, it gets very rough at times and knocks you over so watch your kids and yourself it got a bit scary '''good transport network, but remember no trains on a Sunday ,buses on sunday times and taxi's charge sunday rates, so just book the transfers if Sunday is your arrival and leave date, if not it is so easy to walk out the airport and jump on a bus to the resort your booked into lovely little places to visit outside of blanes - great little train to take you - and local transport to get you to barcelona and lorett de mar if you fancylate night life - not sure about - we didnt stay out past mid-night overall the site caters for all your needs so you dont need to venter fair, but do the little train, its a nice bit of fun to see Blanes and a few other little places
