  Client service awful, not one single answer to an email to exchange basic information. Booked 400€ reservation and didn't even reply to me before my stay...imagine the rest.Very disappointing and frustrating . josep vergés llistosella, Dueño at Aparthotel Spa Cap de Creus, responded to this review Buenas tardesPrimero que todo, ¿a que se refiere con que no le hemos contestado a sus Emails? de hecho, le envió los emails que tenemos de usted, respondidos al momento.Por otro lado y lo más importante, usted, finalmente NO se presentó en el hotel, tampoco, ha indicado ningún numero de teléfono al que podamos contactarla, usted nunca llamó por teléfono al hotel, de hecho, nos preocupamos por usted porque se hizo media noche y nunca llegó.Usted ha reservado por un touroperador, ¿será que no enviaba los emails al destinatario correcto?, ¿no se pudo contactar por teléfono en ningún momento con el hotel?   Lovely central location with the marina & beach on your doorstep! Modern clean functional hotel with small perfectly adequate rooms & a nice breakfast.   Nice, and central located hotel

  We visited El Port de la Selva in October 2022, after we had had to postpone our planned visit in September.It was our first visit to the city, and unfortunately it turned out that October was probably a little too late in the year.For example, it was difficult to find open restaurants as most seemed to be closed after the season.But it also means that the city was extremely quiet and calm; and we could really find peace here.The hotel is very centrally located in the middle of the city; easy to find free parking; at least out of season.We had an upgraded room with a balcony, and a lovely view of the harbour.   The room and kitchen unit were fully equipped including, even including a dishwasher. Terrace had a good view of the port and was great for sitting out on. Bathroom was small, but well done. Everything was spotless, covid measures well in place

  We stayed here for 10 days for good reason. It is a great boutique hotel in a very central location. The staff are excellent, being very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Also, the cleaners are to be recommended for their great work. The orthopedic bed was amazing. Super comfortable and large.( super king ). Excellent restaurants within strolling distance. (some of the best in Catalonia). It had a spa but we did not use it.
