Excellent hotel in super location next to beach

    rating02 May 2026

Excellent hotel, friendly staff in a superb location overlooking the beach. Had a lovely stay at this large hotel with Tui. It’s about an hour from airport. Is a family hotel but start of the season so was mainly adults during stay. Two good pools one adults one super kids one. Great bars one poolside which overlooks beach too. Reception and all staff friendly. Kilian and the entertainment team provided various activities which were enjoyable. Food excellent with many choices with daily vegetarian offerings, could be labelled better. Fruit and desserts always available. Long opening times and snacks available twice during the day. This was a wonderful hotel near a marina and coast for pleasant walks. Small well stocked supermarket should you need any essentials nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here in a very clean and comfortable room with a private sunny balcony. Globales Quality Manager, Owner at Globales Cala'n Bosch, responded to this review What a joy to read your comment. We’re delighted to know that you had such a pleasant stay and that you were able to enjoy the pools, the food, the walks in the area, and the attention from our team. Thank you as well for your suggestions — they help us improve. We hope to welcome you back again very soon. Globales Quality Manager

Lovely hotel, the staff went above and beyond, constantly cleaning all areas. Food was lovely and a great choice each day. The all inclusive drinks are fab, no complaints from us. We’ll definitely return. Globales Quality Manager, Owner at Globales Cala'n Bosch, responded to this review Thank you so much for your comment! We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that our team made you feel so welcome. It will be a pleasure to have you back whenever you wish. Globales Quality Manager.

    Hotel boring,

    rating09 Oct 2025

This hotel should be re-named - Hotel bore, Just got back from this hotel, it was my 3rd time here but I previously visited over 7 years ago and sadly I won’t be returning this hotel again. I’ll start with the positives, which I already knew! the location is great, beautiful marina and a stunning beach for swimming and snorkelling. That’s where it ends unfortunately, Ok now for the negatives, the actual hotel, there’s is no daytime entertainment board in English so I’m not sure how they expect English guests to join in, games seems to happen for the first 2 days but we wasn’t asked to join or had any information and seemed to mainly cater for the non English guests that’s if anyone bothers to do anything at all? Then they stopped completely. At night there was absolutely nothing to do, no entertainment at all for the whole stay, not even any background music, just terrible. I have never been to a hotel where there is nothing in the evening, really poor, someone said they only have 3 shows 3 nights a week but there was nothing during our stay - false advertising at its finest , all the staff and reception say to any questions is “I don’t know”?The food here is basic with little choice and always cold i remember it being basic before but I thought the little choice there was previously was better then this year, everyone seemed to be just getting through the last week of the season. They had no ice cream in lunch or dinner for 2 days, they ran out of sparkling wine every night after we had one glass? But magically had some again the following night?, then they ran out of butter? The weather was great most of the week. There was very few staff, I would have given it 2 stars but there was too many negatives, in-the bar there is has no atmosphere, or music, no entertainment, we managed 4 nights then asked to be moved to another hotel. TUI did offer a move but with only 1 full day left by the time they responded we couldn’t be bothered re-packing and unpacking again so we decided to spend our nights away from the hotel, in the marina, the hotel shut on our last day and we had to move to another hotel anyway. The hotel we moved too was so much better, they had evening shows and daytime entertainment as advertised, it’s probably not TUI fault that the hotel decided to end the season before our holiday had finished but after being charged over 92 euros tax on arrival for a 4 star hotel to receive this treatment all I can give this particular experience is hotel = 1 star. Subdirectora Globales, Other at Globales Cala'n Bosch, responded to this review Dear Emma,Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your most recent visit did not reflect the positive experiences you had in the past. We're glad to know you enjoyed the location, the marina, and the beach — they are indeed some of the highlights of our setting.Regarding entertainment, we regret that you found the programme lacking during your stay. Please note that some evening shows are hosted by an external entertainment team, while others are organised and curated by the hotel itself. Additionally, daytime activities with English-speaking hosts take place several times per week. We appreciate your comments on visibility and guest engagement and will work to ensure this information is better communicated. With respect to the food, our kitchen team prepares varied menus daily using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We aim to offer a balanced range of international dishes. Occasionally, due to unexpectedly high demand, some items like ice cream or sparkling wine may run out temporarily. We do our best to restock these as quickly as possible, in coordination with local suppliers. We’re sorry if the end-of-season period affected your perception of the atmosphere or service levels. Every guest deserves our full attention, regardless of timing, and your feedback has been taken seriously. We value your past loyalty and regret that we did not meet your expectations this time. Thank you again for your comments — they help us continue to improve.Warm regards,Globales Quality Manager

Would not recommend this hotel. For English people.

    rating07 Oct 2025

There was only 2% English. It was Italian and French. TUI rep was so rude. Food was so bland. Eating out every night. Awful. Subdirectora Globales, Other at Globales Cala'n Bosch, responded to this review Dear Mr. Chris M,Thank you for sharing your impressions following your recent stay with us. We are truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations.Regarding your comment on the percentage of English guests, please allow us to clarify that our hotel welcomes visitors from many different countries, and the guest demographics can vary significantly depending on the week and the season. While there may have been fewer English guests during your stay, we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all nationalities. We are also sorry to hear that our culinary offerings did not meet your personal preferences. Our menus are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and we offer a daily variety of international dishes. Each meal includes options such as salads, vegetables, rice, pasta, different preparations of meat and fish, fresh fruit, and a selection of indulgent items. Our aim is to offer a balanced and diverse dining experience that caters to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs. Finally, we regret to hear about your experience with the TUI representative. While TUI staff operate independently from the hotel, we will certainly pass along your feedback to the relevant parties for their attention. We sincerely appreciate your comments, as they help us to continuously improve the experience we offer our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a stay more in line with your expectations.Yours faithfully,Globales Quality Manager

Great location but a disappointing stay.

    rating01 Oct 2025

We stayed at the end of September in a sea view room which turned out to be at the front of the hotel. This faces the road but does have a lovely view of the marina and the lighthouse on the headland. The sun set in this direction and even though the room was at the front it was quieter. There were some early morning deliveries but not so many as to be disruptive. The hotel itself is drab and dated but clean and tidy. The main reception and bar areas are pleasant and welcoming. The bedrooms are basic but ok, the linen and towels are changed as required, air con works but isn’t particularly effective. The bar staff are lovely, Vanesa, Vanesa and Patricia are always friendly, restaurant staff are less so. Food is really poor, it’s even more repetitive than I would expect from all inclusive, often lukewarm and overcooked. There’s plenty of it and refilled often, unfortunately most of it tastes the same. Left over food appears to be recycled into salads the following day. Lunch was often better than dinner. Fruit was plentiful but often the only choice of dessert was jelly and tinned fruit cocktail. A word of warning to English travellers, a major Italian tour operator runs all the entertainment. There were some good acts, singers and acrobats, but everything else is in Italian, including for children. The MC spoke quickly in a combination of Italian and French and was hard to follow, we gave up in the end. The Bravo animation team worked hard but focused all their attention on those wearing the correct wristband, they rarely interacted with other tourists. It’s really loud most of the time except when the team leave for lunch as music is played at all other times. Not quite the relaxing, quiet holiday we had hoped for. If you’re expecting a traditional English package holiday you’ll be disappointed. The hotel is well placed for the beach, a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants and the bus stop is just opposite. Check in is 2pm so pack a bag so you can get changed and head to the pool. You’ll need to use the toilets in the bar area as nothing else is available. The restaurant was open very early when we left so we could grab some breakfast before our pick up. Globales Quality Manager, Owner at Globales Cala'n Bosch, responded to this review Dear Mrs Julie,Thank you for sharing your experience following your stay at our hotel. We deeply value every opinion, as it allows us to continuously improve our services. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the views of the harbour and lighthouse from your room, as well as the tranquillity and the dreamy sunsets offered by our sea view rooms facing the Cala’n Bosch marina. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from the beach and the bus stop to Ciutadella. We appreciate your kind words towards our bar team, especially Vanesa, Vanesa and Patricia, who will be delighted to know that their service was appreciated. We are also glad to know that you enjoyed the cold breakfast service provided on the day of your departure. We sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the variety and quality of the food. We have taken note of your comments and will pass them on to the relevant departments for review and improvement. We work daily with fresh, local products and strive to offer our guests a high-quality and varied menu that caters to the culinary preferences of the many nationalities who stay at our hotel. We are sorry that your room was not ready until 2:00 p.m. As a general rule, check-out is by 11:00 a.m. and check-in from 3:00 p.m. Our housekeeping team works hard every day to prepare the rooms as early as possible, but please understand that this is not always feasible due to the high workload, especially during peak season. Regarding the entertainment, our colleague Ania comes to the hotel to engage all guests regardless of the language they speak, as she speaks Polish, English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently and conducts activities in those languages to entertain both children and adults. We regret that you did not feel included in the activities organised by the tour operators’ entertainers. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a more satisfying experience in every aspect. We take your comments seriously, as your satisfaction is our top priority.Yours sincerely,Globales Quality Manager
