    Stayed for a week. Cleaning was done daily and properly. The rooms are well equipped and looking nice. We only changed ours because we didn't want fifth floor. The staff were very helpful both at reception and at the bar. The swimming pool is beautiful and the hotel had a disco night and a live music night. Good variety of food and overall a great experience.

    I honestly do not know how this hotel counts as a four star hotel. My friends and I stayed here for our first holiday together, and it was awful, it's taken me months to even feel comfortable enough to write this but I dont want anyone else to face the same experience as me.Whilst using the jacuzzi/hot tub, we were sexually assaulted. So we told the staff straight away, clearly identified the person responsible as they were still out there, and gave additional descriptions. We were ignored, no action was taken, no concern was shown, just silence. And the person responsible was still sitting in said jacuzzi. That alone should be enough to raise serious red flags about how this hotel handles guest safety.To make matters worse, it was extremely hot, and the hotel refused to provide free drinking water during meals despite us having the half-board package. We were told no tap water was available, and we weren't allowed to bring in our own water bottles as when we did we were told off by staff. This left us dehydrated, uncomfortable, and unwell.The food was poor quality. Avoid the meat and seafood my friend got food poisoning on the first night. We ended up relying heavily on the supermarket in front of the hotel, which was the only redeeming part of the visit. The staff were cold, unhelpful, and often ignored us completely. Whether this was a language issue or not, the lack of effort to communicate or support us was upsetting.I was looking forward to a fun first holiday away with friends, but it ended up being memorable in all the wrong ways. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially young women or first-time travellers. We felt unsafe, the staff were unfriendly, and it was overall a disappointing and traumatising trip. We deserve refund quite frankly as well as an apology - but i wont hold my bteath! PLEASE avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!

    Stayed at the cleopartra hotel for 7 nignts and loved every minute ! Set on a quiet street away from the noise and late night revellers but only around the corner from the shops and 4 mins walk to the beach. Very clean hotel with Amazing staff , all very helpful and happy to see you . Great food , all prepared fresh everyday with attentive waiters. Good pool , plenty of sun beds and a lovely little jacuzzi . Good room, very comfy double bed , jacuzzi bath a bonus ! Will definitely book again .

    Myself and my partner stayed here from 21 September to 03 October and have to say we couldn't wait to leave. We stayed in room 2230. Firstly this is not a 4 star hotel. I'd give it 2 star at most. The hotel is grubby and in need of attention. Our room was basic, very small and could have done with a repaint as walls were full of marks. Tiles in bathroom on wall were cracked in places. Not what you would expect from a so called 4 star hotel. Walls were not very soundproof and we could here the people in rooms beside us. Pool area was small and basic. If you were into just sitting around getting drunk all day then it was fine but if you wanted to relax then forget it. The place in general was just noisy and grubby. Only positive is the staff were lovely. Would I stay again? Never. The pictures advertised for this hotel does not reflect the dump it actually is. Lloret de Mar is a beautiful place and has some amazing hotels. Stay somewhere else. That's my advice.

    Perfect time of year to visit. Almost feels like the hotel is ours only. Great staff. Good breakfast. Lovely ambiance and amenities. Easy to get the bus from the local station to Barcelona. 1hr. Only thing is the local water park is closed for the season at this time of year. No worries when you have the pool. Hot tub. Sauna and Steam room at the hotel. Pool table available 2euros per game.
